US Pilots Labor Discussion

I think eagle's. Are they on their list? Did you know that Metrojet had different pay, scheduling and various other rules?
Metrojet's rates and work rules were addressed firmly inside the cover of the US Airways AAA contract. Obfuscate to your hearts content. Nobody's buying it.

I'm not selling anything. I told you what I thought of it, but MSU seems to want to keep throwing it around. Wasn't the whole MDA/J4J set up in the AAA pilot's contract, through LOA's? From LOA 84:

"JETS FOR JOBS RATES:

263 MINIMUM AIRCRAFT:

274
275 MINIMUM BLOCK HOURS:
276
277
278
279
implementation past June 2004, wage rates will
be reduced proportionate to the value of the
delayed productivity until the system is
implemented.
The Company may implement the following changes
to rates of pay for MidAtlantic (“MDA) and for Jets for
Jobs with Participating Wholly Owned Carriers and
Participating Affiliates:"

What's your story? That's what I want to know.

I'm still trying to understand if there is any significance to the MDA issue and why it keeps coming up. Unless I'm missing something, the only pending court action related to pilot seniority integration is the Declaratory Judgment matter before judge Silver. Is that correct? If so, then searching through the court filings related to the three party's request for summary judgement, the three statements of fact filings, and the various declarations I find exactly zero (0) references to an MDA issue or any legal questions regarding the validity of the Nicolau Award as it relates to the RLA, the provisions of the TA, or anything else that might legally prevent USAPA from moving forward with the unmodified list in S22 negotiations. So, if this is such a big issue as to fill about 10 pages of posts in the last day, why didn't USAPA mention an MDA issue in their filings before judge Silver? Seems to be just another diversion topic so the east can strive to have another excuse not to accept the results of binding arbitration and for USAPA not to honor their DFR responsibilities.

I'm guessing tired of beating up all the other topics and there really are no new ones.

Well get over this one as well hairPi.

This never has and will never have any bearing on the Nic.

Its funny how you guys keep coming up with these conspiracy theories and magical anti-Nic bullets.

Very amusing. You guys are like our little clowns and you make us laugh or that little dog that keeps chasing his tail all day long thinking he's just about got it.

Careful CG, don't flood certain east pilots with the obvious information concerning this...it may make their extremely arrogant and inflated heads explode...

Of course this also brings up and questions the credibility/honesty of certain east pilot faction groups that are running a-so-called-union called usapa.

Joint contract with lcc implements the NIC via the governing contract called the TA.

OTTER

Now, now hairPi. Its your buddy mr. "don't call me boo boo" breeze that brought it up and keeps bringing it up.

Credit where its due.

It's your asinine posts that I'm commenting on. Credit where credit is due.

Why do you guys think anybody gives a damn how you're going to cast your vote and for what reasons? Who cares?

Then why do I keep getting that AOL crap in my mailbox? I am perfectly fine with you not giving a damn how I vote. So tell Eric to stop mailing out all his crap. I am not interested.

Now that that is worked out we can go back to voting on the issues and see what the majority wants.

I hope you remember that during the next merger!

What does AA what?
What does DAL want.
