You forgot our PBGC at age 60 payments, but thanx! We do!
Wow, you're pathetic, and what's even more pathetic is that you're proud of it.

Well technically you have to get the 9th to accept your case on appeal before you can have a chance to overturn a Count 1 ruling by Silver. That's going to be a tall order when ripeness isn't even a remote question this time. The odds don't look too good for $eham to get you back to the 9th and then to actually get the Silver ruling remanded.
You may be right that it may take 2-4 more years, but then again it's just as likely to be all wrapped up with the NIC in section 22 before the end of this year.
Link us to the minutes, please.STFU boo boo.
You know nothing of Wye.
Stop fighting each other on everything. Let's see what Judge Silver says, the company says about her ruling and go from there. In the mean time, start focus on a potential merger with AA.
Well then self-help is the next most likely scenario outside of a merger with AA. Are you ready for the Company to impose it's version of contract on you, including the NIC, without having any input on what it says? Why even ask, the east has a penchant for allowing others to decide their fate rather than approaching a situation with a reasonable and realistic approach. The east has a chronic case of a self-inflicted bullet to the foot syndrome, and apparently you have a lot more bullets left to misfire.Anything with the NIC will get voted down again. We showed you how it is done, we will continue to show. If any member of the NAC or BPR on the east puts their name on anything with the NIC, massive recall turnout. Hang on kids, you are looking at years and years of the same. Silver better get with it, or she gets the WAKE spanking. CLT trng center crawling with new hires. Things are moving on up!
Are you a new hire?
It is coming on fast. The west boys continue their risky behavior, not a good idea with the scope issue so open ended on their end. Their choice.
Disregard.No, why?
That would be nice. Except usapa has no merger fund, no merger committee and a C&BL that the east thinks trumps federal law. There is also that little CoC clause that has no value but usapa will play like they think it is a royal flush.
We will be going up against a bigger, better funded better organized group that has not spent the last 7 years engaged in battle to the death. Unit cohesion is non existent here. The east just voted for another 3 years of the same. You guys thought you got screwed in the AWA merger. That is nothing compared to what is going to happen in an AA merger.
The only thing "coming on fast" is another USAPA ass rape in Federal Court. The company is sending very clear signals that they've had enough. With DJ in hand, the company is going to move fwd. Hint: you scabs won't like their direction. Go watch the leadership conference videos on wings. Pay special attention to Steve Johnson as he humiliates the scab union. He's spot on every detail. It is coming on fast. The west boys continue their risky behavior, not a good idea with the scope issue so open ended on their end. Their choice.

Not to worry about a merger until you get your stuff together. How much do you think our merger assessment will be?
Yep. Too late now. Besides, whatever merger fund they aquire will be spent on lawyers fighting the west. APA will crush USAPA...We'll help them.I wouldn't waste my time on AA. Nothing we can do now anyway.

Stick with your bucket of chicken. Your attempts at fear mongering fall on deaf ears.It is coming on fast. The west boys continue their risky behavior, not a good idea with the scope issue so open ended on their end. Their choice.
Pi thinks we need to worry about it now. Do you disagree? Not to worry about a merger until you get your stuff together.
