Filing fee for a small claims case in Charlotte is only $70 plus a $15 service fee. They could collect $5000 for a day in small claims court and 85 bucks. Better yet, civil cases with punitive damages awarded.

Just remember you guys believe majority rules and unions C&BL trump federal law. An AA merger will be fun to watch as your heads explode. How long do you think those new hires will keep showing up with 2000 AA furloughed pilots out there? 1999, 2000 hires? Any idea how many eagle flow through are also on their list?

No way. Listen to Mad Mut. He has been saying to a year now the west will be fragged off. We can go make our own deal. You guys know we are better negotiators than the east.

Or we sue usapa for DFR if you don't represent us fairly. You have heard of the Naugler suit right? Suing ALPA for DFR because they did not argue the MDA were not furloughed. If usapa argues to place the west at less than what Nicolau afforded us. DFR!!!

Most other airlines are negotiating their second contract now...you idiots managed to close out the POW section and that's about it. I know. It's a combination of senile arbitrators, Federal Judges, Team Tempe, and those strong arming malcontents over at AOL that have nothing else to do in life but frustrate the lives of only the East pilot group.

PBGC money is a very real thing.....our 320 Cpt will be at a minimum of $154k. You guys won't honor our last few years with this company due to your greed, so we will use any means necessary.

As far as the AA merger, appeals, slow moving SLI..... most of us will be gone before anything significant happens here.
