Regardless of what happens next.......digesting the NIC if forced to (meaning the time it takes to get East-West cross bidding going), appeal to Judge Silver's decision, any kind of changes in the SLI due to some magical mediation, the AA merger, etc....

It will not effect most of the senior East group who are going out in the next 5 yrs or so. Also, with out PBGC money, $154k is very doable.

If you want a raise, a new contract, or better SLI with AA, it's your move.

A sane person would put the puzzle pieces together and realize that there must be something fundamentally wrong here. Most other airlines are negotiating their second contract now...you idiots managed to close out the POW section and that's about it. I know. It's a combination of senile arbitrators, Federal Judges, Team Tempe, and those strong arming malcontents over at AOL that have nothing else to do in life but frustrate the lives of only the East pilot group.

There is one airline now. Everyone here has the right to fair and equitable treatment. You can spend what's left of your miserable failure of a career to attempt to deny those rights but in the end, you will have failed that goal just as catastrophically as you've failed to managed your own personal career choices. We aren't moving an inch, no law on the books can make us move either. Your side? Not so much. Enjoy being parked, your injunction, and your turbo prop pay rates.

It didn't have to go this way, but you guys wouldn't get off of the fantasy of your winning lottery ticket.

I really wish you east guys would learn, understand and use terms correctly. Just because you are old and about to retire does not make you senior, it makes you old.

Over the last 7 years years since this merger 30% of the retirements and openings have been from the right seat. Overall F/O's are not senior. They may be senior F/O's but total list they are not senior just old.

In response to your last 2 posts....it just doesn't freakin matter for us at this point now, does it? What else would you expect.
