US Pilots Labor Discussion

Nice try, every AA pilot I have spoken to wants nothing to do with the NIC it will hurt their careers.

I think you misunderstood what I was saying. I think the courts will force the NIC to be used for the US Airways list, then there will be an arbitration for US/AA. ALL the American pilot's I've talked to said they would abide to an arbiter's ruling, no matter the outcome.

Let me ask you a question. Plain and simple....what is your plan if 2-3 contracts get voted down SOLELY as a result of NIC. What if the courts say you gotta use NIC and it does NOT lead to a contract.
Where does that leave the collective bargaining process ??? Do the laws contemplate waiting 3, 4, 5, 6, years until you simply outnumber the East. Remember in their findings of fact the court commented on the unlikelyhood of a NIC inclusive contract passing. Do you simply think we will fold our hand at the point ANY court rules you have to use NIC. I have been telling you we still get to VOTE. It will not pass unless there is enough money to compensate for the loss that comes with the NIC. Think Parker will ante up??

Too late Barrister.

usapa was told by the 9th to negotiate for " all LCC pilots"....they failed.

You are not getting a contract to vote on...you are getting a Nic inclusive contract imposed on you.

Maybe, but the courts can't force the NIC, internal union problem.

Really, I lived within a mile of the the AA HQ in Euless. That's not the story I'm getting from friends in Texas. They know you are scumbags. Hate to break the news to you that pilots for Legacy carriers view it that way. Legacy wanna be..

If you are an Eastie, you are fuc***

Then I guess I am wrong, apologies to all. I exercise 3-4 times a week,....HARD ....and still count 80 per at rest!!

I'll bet you can lift 12 ounces. Sorry, your friend Bob probably can lift a pint. I noticed he spends a lot of time in Ireland and is close to retirement. Hope he is young enough to be a candidate for a liver transplant. You go Bob, keep bragging about those layovers. LOL

I would have never believed anything sub 60 untill I started doing long distance running.

All the westies should have very low resting heart rates after running so far after the lottery.

Yes BP 116/64 this morning. Resting heart rate of 45. Healthy diet and lots of exercise are all one needs. We have no control over WHEN the nic award gets used just the fact that at some point it WILL. What's the "win"? getting attached to your sinking sh*t airline? Thanks. I pray daily that the West gets sold off and we rid ourselves of you miserable scabs...but alas, those are the cards we were dealt. The law is on our side. That's all we need. You guys can twist in the wind with the knowledge that most Legacy carriers FO's make more than your captains.

the law is on your side?
You throw that around pretty easily.. as Jiim would say.. where is the "proof"

Phoenix....

Is that code for the fat guy, CLT commuter, Eastie, taking notes for Cleary at Westie USAPA meetings?

Put on the approved lanyard, shave and lose weight for God's sake. If you are a pilot for a Legacy airline at least look like one.

What about the pilots at east and the sweetheart deal they made with the company when they crossed out picket line, they couldnt run fast enough to go to work.

 My resting heart rate is less than forty, so no you would be mistaking me for a fat guy, not that i wasnt years ago. And no I don't live in PHX and I promise that is the last place on earth I would ever move to, not that there is anything wrong with dust and cacti. If you let E.F. be my note taker maybe I would reconsider.

I get it, you're a comedian. Anybody who has a heart rate of 40 spent too much time with Bob in Dublin and passed out..He he

Fourty, must be your age. Got ya by more than a decade, FYI

Actually a court can force the Nic....for example a bankruptcy court could force the Nic. But, that is just one of many ways a court could force the Nic.

You are once again showing your complete ignorance of the situation you and your usapa friends are in.

The thing is, it is not going to be a court but the NMB that will force the Nic, when the parked usapa is taken out of the equation altogether.

The reason the NMB is going to do the right thing is because the company is going to ask them. Want to know why there Luv? Too bad....remain an ignorant scab supporter, it fits you better than having a clue.

PS...just checked my heart rate....never been below 60....but it is still the 64 it has been since I was a teen.
