So why do folks who do not earn the same amount receive the same amount as a lump sum. Sounds like seniority (or longevity) is only sometimes-sacred.

Sounds like we recognize we are all in this together, voted on it and gave every warm body on campus the same amount because we actually respect and care for the guy in the seat next to us. That is why you are not going to split the senior from the jr. like you thought. We all voted to do it this way.

That little mailer from AOL did exactly what the ALPA mailers did to our group.........It pissed us off even more! Keep them coming like the donations.

You guys have underestimated the resolve of the east pilot group at every turn. You guys should get better legal help.

Unlike the group which was very graciously given profit sharing even though they made no sacrifice in LOA 93, then laughed in our faces with pay parity. That is some morality.

Well, it hasn't exactly set us free or started a mass recall effort if you know what I mean. I think USAPA covered all the bullet points in an Email! If you check your email and read it, you might understand it! MM!

Amazing isn't it? The ones that actually work for the airline get controlled on the board by the one who doesn't. Sounds like Kevin has figured it all out, and thanks to him we actually get the forum back on track.

I don’t read emails from USAPA given their penchant for narcissistic propaganda, so I’ll just have to assume that the nerve that the AOL mailer hit had something to do with the chasm between undeniable truth and deceit USAPA packages as fact.

I understand now the Westies are looking at changing their leagal team since they have not won anything yet, and are in debt over 1.5 million dollars, also the donations are starting to dwindle down as most are starting to realize they have wasted alot of money believing AOL could deliver. To bad.

You guys are always pissed of about something/ everything. Do we really care that you are in your constant state of agitation? NOPE! As a mater of fact it is kind of fun to watch you all run around with your heads exploding.

You all go be good angry union pilots and walk in circles in DCA. It does so much to move the contract forward. Let's see if you guys can manage more than 50 pilot not on FPL to show up.

Your legal scholars have been getting bad advice from the "daddy" federal judges! They all must have missed school the days they were teaching labor law. In that anti-union west! Cal we agree! I had the same same exact thoughts only in your statement I swapped the words USAPA for AOL, and vice versa, in fact I tossed it till there was something, well anyway. Scratch Golf anyone? MM!
