As I previously won the debate against you before, the FAA does not apply to transportation workers. The transition agreement, like all agreements, are amendable between the company and the union ONLY, so butt out.

I am the founding father of USAPA. I am looking forward to testifying at DFR II. Please give this to your lawyers....I am Jamie Javurek and I am fully willing to testify that the formation of USAPA was for one reason and one reason only...to preserve ALL OF OUR RIGHTS, EAST AND WEST, OUR VOICE AND OUR VOTE.....our right to have all pilots vote as equals....one man, one vote.....PERIOD. When I come to PHX why don't you seek me out like the asst. Chief pilot did last fall when I came down there for a thanks giving overnight. I'm sure you'll want to call me a scab to my face. Keep that hate crime scab talk going and find out how soon you'll be considered a felon.


Oh, like your legal arguments are advancing up the totem pole of unionism on this reservation. FYI, Seham is simply continuing to chip away at the "plaque" all this holdover of ALPA political fiefdom and entitlement created.


You are not getting what you were promised by ALPA. Until we VOTE, nobody gets anything but the "status quo"...separate ops. There isn't a judge or a jury entitled to "ex-officio"membership.

Couple of other things since you mentioned Eric. I assume you mean Ferguson? Can you tell me who at usapa stole the West pilots mailing addresses from ALPA prior to the election? As a "founding father" were you part of that? Do you know what dual unionism is?

The "one man, one vote" thing seems like a nobel cause. Problem is, in an earlier reply, you mentioned you founded usaspa to get out of the Nicolau award.

If I encounter you in PHX, or anywhere in the system, I will be most cordial. One word out of you about usapa, DOH or a bad mouth toward the company, and I will not only call usapa a scab union to your face, I will take video of me doing it. Then we can see who becomes a felon first.

All I know is after seeing an A330 and 767 taxi by going to EUROPE and knowing I could be flying one in 3 years on rsv with a heck of alot better pay instead of voting 1800 guys ahead of me with no hope of it in 10 years might make me think this seperate ops thing aint so bad! But I sure would tell him date of hire is better, because under ALPA and something like the NIC, his next CAPT, is still probably in JR HIGH SCHOOL!

Somehow, you want greater voting rights than your entitled to. ALPA promises. I never told anyone to "hate the west". You give me too much credit (maybe I could be the second coming of Lucifer) if you really think that me telling anyone to hate the west is going carry anymore weight than, say, buy all the stock in US Airways because we're being bought by United, for example.

The ONLY thing I guaranteed was that if USAPA was voted in all of us would have independent and equal votes unencumbered by ALPA and it's merger policy, which was COLLUSIVELY AND ILLEGALLY incorporated into the transition agreement by greedy corporate negotiators and ignorant ALPA representatives, mostly to deprive all of us on both the east and the west, furloughed or employed, MDA or J4J , our LMRDA rights, the right to a voice and a right to a VOTE. That is the ORIGINAL contractual duty and principle all pilots working for this company had signed on for when they agreed to have any union negotiate and CBA on any airline property......a principle that ALPA and the principles that David Behncke had advocated for many years.

Alas, he is no more.

You seriosly do not see why usapa is dead in the DFR water do you? You founded a union to renege on binding arbitration and screw over the participants in that arbitration.

Even your hero Prater called it. I paraphrase...What kind of union is formed to screw over members it has to represent?

Oh, and you were making promises you could not keep. usapa is bound by the Nic, and ALPA merger policy, as it inherited the TA, and our respective CBAs.


PS. You showed your true colors when you told me usapa and the company could renegotiate the TA and that I should just bud out. Exactly why should I, a member of this pilot group, bud out? I am not entitled to representation? I will throw every legal monkey wrench imaginable into usapa's plan, and here is the kicker, I am not a MIG and do not even have your vote.

I am certain you would have many fellow pilots (east and west) standing shoulder to shoulder with you during such an exchange.

The majority is tired of paying for USAPA's little tantrum. It's time they voted so.

Assuming you're correct I wouldn't be too gleeful as your turn is likely to be next.

IMO, Jerry Glass was brought in to accomplish two tasks.

1. Successfully bludgeon the AFA into a very modest contract improvement

2. Crush USAPA by any means necessary. IMO based solely upon what I read here, USAPA is a cesspool that ALL pilots must swim in. The average everyday pilot has been screwed more times than a Dutch Whore on a busy Saturday. Jerry Glass knows this. Every time you call each other a name Jerry gets a woody because it's less actual work he has to do for his outrageous fees.

First thing he will do is turn the east pilots on one another and it won't be hard to do as he's done it twice now and a lot of the players haven't changed. Move number two once the easties are busy self destructing he'll come after the west. I suspect he'll leak that a better deal can be had if ALPA is back on the property

By the time he's got you all busy fighting even harder against yourselves the courts will likely have ruled and however that turns out he goes and makes nice nice with the winner and the US Airways Pilot group as a whole get bent over yet a third time in a decade.

The man is an iceberg, USAPA is the Titanic and you dummies are all busy rearranging the freaking deck chairs.

Thanks DAD. You're entitled to your opinion. You're wrong. I don't know who v1cut is. I've been this from the beginning. I've tried to talk and work with west pilots since we started USAPA. No luck. No surprise.

I never said USAPA was formed to get out of the nicolau award. Find the post. Never. Read my previous post....oh, and it's my testimony, so when you pass this thread over to Posinelli let them know that I've asked Lee to depose me. Because the facts are the facts. My story has not changed from day one. You can dream on.

As far as anyone "stealing" mailing lists prior to the election I do not only not recall anyone stealing west pilots mailing lists but our focus was grassroots, even with the east pilots. We garnished the cards in the terminals and at the meetings. I'm really looking forward to testifying to this allegation because I'm really proud of the FACT that our "list" for the east was procured by meetings, card collections and the very large volunteer efforts. There was nothing esoteric or proprietary about what was done. In fact, I do not recall sending west pilots anything. ALPA sent you and us a lot of stuff. But I am not aware of anything USAPA sent out to you before the election.

If I encounter you anywhere in the system if your civil we can talk. You obviously genuflect at the alter of us airways.

NOTED....a true company man. as far as the rest, well.....you'll have to square with that. Welcome to many more years of court....which, by the way, favors and solidifies our position.
