There is a few things you fail to understand.
TWU is run by a bunch of liberal/new democratic/fascist folks. They want all to be the same whether you are a bag smasher or a wrench monkey. I do not believe they have bad intentions but misguided intentions.
Most of the folks I work with are more on the conservative side and believe you have to work for what you get. The twu has been using one or two groups to benefit the rest ie; (industrial union) another word for communism.
I believe the day of reckoning is coming for all union members who have sat idle and chose not to get involve and change the unions to evolve from the old way of doing business.

Correct. The more the membership loses control over their union the more the industrial unions will act to only increase the upper leaderships pockets and QOL. Then it gets so bad and out of control you get bogus investments with the memberships money and then have to pay triple to try and get out of it just like this industrial union did here:

Baumann Bus And TWU just settled their Strike Al. BTW their drivers earn an average of $24,000 per year from what I read in one news item.

John Samuelsen hates Bill Deblasio just FYI. And the group that used to run the TWU were a bunch of Neo Cons who didn’t organize anyone and never really fought for anyone either. (Although they deserve credit for their performance handling the AA BK IMO)
I think the group that’s in there now is a little more middle of the road than you realize or care for? Do you take issue or disagree with all the protests? Would Team Little have done any of that?
I was pointing out the difference in pay between us and the AMTs. ADT must think there should be even a greater difference. $100,000 + is fair for someone who went to a two year trade school and I am not belittling at all their responsibility
