We will get the ball rolling it is a process, we have to see if we even have the votes, this guy affects the whole group even though he is not in your local, and that's all I will say about it.
You can't see if you have the vote before starting the process. Seems you are already making excuses. He does affect the whole group, and if you put on a good enough presentation on his removal the members will hear you and vote accordingly. Don't start making BS excuses after all the biching you two have done out here. Put all the effort out here into getting him recalled and it WILL get done. Otherwise STFU! Period. I am tired of hearing your rants.

Association Negotiators:

Delta switched to the current profit sharing formula for most employees in 2016, which pays out less than it previously did if Delta’s profits grew. The airline disclosed the change in 2015 as it announced a pay raise of 14.5 percent.

But starting Oct. 1, Delta says it will use the same profit sharing plan for all employees that it has for pilots, similar to its previous system for all employees. It will make profit sharing payouts of 10 percent of up to $2.5 billion in profit, and 20 percent of profit above $2.5 billion.

What concerns me on this at least for the moment is that on wages Delta did not announce any increases for next year? They "may" have put the breaks on direct compensation increases and are now transferring more to variable at risk (Profit) compensation.

Thinking of the business it's actually a smarter way to compensate but for the Employee direct wages is a much smarter option.

Well let's see now how AA Executives react to this news?

If they are giving the rest of the employees the same PS rate as pilots, wouldn't if follow to give the same percentage annual wage increase the pilots are getting?

Gotta love the arrogance on the part of the IAM:

The IAM-Delta campaign has continually stated that any cut to the Delta Flight Attendants profit sharing plan was wrong. Since 2013, Delta has cut our profit sharing plan, transferring hundreds of millions of dollars from us to Delta. The reason Delta could cut our plan is because it isn’t protected by a legally binding contract.

Delta Air Lines today announced that effective October 1, 2017 they will return to one common profit sharing plan for all Delta employees, which will increase our profit sharing pool. We look forward to Delta releasing the details of our new plan.

Delta didn't initiate this change because they felt it was the right thing to do. They did this because our IAM-Delta campaign has pressured them for over five years to improve our profession. Delta is seeing the growth in our campaign and our strong unified voice. They are cognizant of the power of one undivided message and know each day our voice is becoming louder and stronger!

Today, we can celebrate a well-deserved gain, but the real victory is when we can negotiate improvements like profit sharing into an IAM contract.

Be proud IAM-Delta Activists. Be proud of our movement every day. Imagine what we could do when we gain collective bargaining rights. Imagine how we could improve our profession, our airline.

We must continue to be ONE, and by doing so, we will continue to be EMPOWERED!

So much for all of 700s posts decrying the cut in the pool (when significant double digit base rate increases were provided) amidst a rising tide of industry profitability where even against the cutback in size of pool employees still realized greater incentive payments as DLs financial performance soared.

Seriously this is so petty even for the irrelevant and insignificant organization known as the IAMAW. The IAMs size, standing, relevance and clout continues to diminish. They pulled the DL F/A campaign 2.5 years ago, ran away with their tails between their legs and stated they intended to have another vote in 2016 and since then nothing. What happened to the DOJ investigation?

Well, What would happen if DL didn't give competitive wages and benefits?Cause and effect, no?

weez has been with another one that followed him over. Like I said ask the weez.

Personally I like having you around. You're becoming like a comfortable old stinky slipper.

Would you like to pull my pud for me too?
