please quit insulting the union members on this board by referring my union to "our" . believe it or not I think DP is more union

We are about to experience a depression the likes of which NONE of us has ever seen or heard of in our lifetimes .... some say it will be worse than the great depression , i fear that could be true if our government doesn't get it's head in the game ...

As always to all of my brothers and sisters , i urge preparedness ... if you have medical needs that need seeing to , try to do it sooner rather than later , make sure you have a fully stocked pantry ... consider home protection and always have a plan B for unforeseen circumstances ..

depending on the credit situation in this country and how it goes , it might not be a bad idea to charge your gift giving this year rather than pay in cash ...

Hello Boys! I have just missed the dickens out of all of you! TIMMY, I really miss our little exchanges, you know you're my favorite! I was so surprised and a bit dismayed when you said our Darlin' new president, was going to appoint someone! Mercy me! Surely I have read this wrong! I would have bet my sweet, little Yorkie, that he wouldn't do such a thing! Baby, I thought you said he was against such things. topic discussion. ''O'' just ignore them. Read them if you like
but do you really believe for one moment thier being
informative. Let them post and watch. Thier sad to read.

To PHL I ask that maybe we should begin grass roots
informational meetings. It has become obvious that much
of the workforce will never make it to the monthly
meetings and at some point we must bring the meetings
to them. We must look at how to go about changing
the rules that apply to nominations and local elections
to get who we want to represent us without the 6 meeting
requirement yearly. Alot of good union people are eliminated
from participation. 70% of the group if not more work during
the meetings and should be excused but they need to call
and ask for excusal to be marked ''present'' if not they
will never meet the qualifier.

Also while I believe we could do better than GS as a chief
steward. We also need a bigger voice at the district level.
Frankie O' was elected from the Phl group but he is not as
well known as some other local leaders, and Phl is, and continues
to be, $$ to this airline. Rich won this election with major support
from the US workers if not more so. US needs more representation
for the members and this attendance policy is a good test. It
should be STOPPED not questioned. Rich should show the
company the backing he has. Walk in and throw down the gloves.
We make the difference not the ''Mighty OZ's'' that hide behind
the curtains. Tell Al leave a message for Randy after the beep.
We stepped up for you and rallied at your pending dismissal
from the IAM, when Randy threatened you. You have our
support now use it and let them test you. We need to show
them our resolve since RC has been ousted'.

now its time to start cashing in on the campaign speeches about unity and WE are ALL one

NO more division. I know UA has an upcoming contract neg after the first of the year . But

now is the time for Rich to shine in on the US side of life.

I don't think so. I have a bag room couch with my name on it, not to mention, both "Regis & Kelly" and "The View" are on at 10am during that same time. I am already sacrificing enough having no TIVO in the bag room and having to channel surf between both shows already.

By the way, I was informed that I had no points my attendance then again, I never leave, although I don't do anything either and just being lazy and listless isn't cause for termination. I meditate often and what one might mistakenly confuse for snoring is actually my redition of Gregorian chanting.

If something does happen, maybe someone will disturb me from my slumber, errrr.... my sanctuaried studies.
