First, welcome to the board. Second, since you already drink the koolaid, so you already know how much of a canoli is. He has had 2 years to either negotiate section 6 for the west and negotiate a transition agreement. Appearantly he can't do both. What did he just learn to walk and chew gum at the same time? Or was he to busy kissing dougweiser and tilton's rings to figure any of this out? The one thing you I'L ASK MAMANGEMENT guys don't get. Fleet Service are no longer the sheep that you want them to be, so you demean them and threaten them to try to get your way. Those tactics will no longer work with us. The wool has been ripped from our eyes and we can finally see what you guys have done for us. Hardly anything at all. Our wallets got thinner and canoli's along with all of his yes men have done nothing but get fatter off our backs. Why has our dues gone up and our pay gone down? While canoli and his cronies have gotten raises?Answer that for me will ya? I nominated the "NEW DIRECTION SLATE" at my local, and those in my station will know who nominated canoli, along with his "yes men" and be exposed as the company yes men that they are. Fleet service wants this change, and nothing you say, threaten, or try to scare into this group, will change our minds, You and all of the canolites have to go.

Again, bottomline I would take Canale over Delaney any day. I have been witness to both of their work ethics and Canale by far is the better leader. Do you even know Delaney? Have you ever met the man? Obviously you have never had him represent you for a grievance or asked him a question. He is easliy scared and intimidated by management. Afraid to take grievances to arbitration, afraid to defend members rights, uneducated on negotiating contracts, invisible to members. Trust me I know the guy I have seen him in action. The worst thing this union could do is put him in charge.

The best contract for all US is coming soon. East and West. Job security, wage increases, better benefits. Which every member will have the right to vote on. With all the information you could possibly ingest. Get over it no true Union Rep, like Mr. Canale, kisses any management that is just a ploy by the No-Direction slate to mislead more uninformed members. I though you guys were a bunch of tough ass hard core unionists. Are you that easliy intimidated by the truth? Dont you work fleet? Scared of a little push back? I guess you can pitch but cant catch.

Im sorry. You nominated these misfits? Which local is that? I'm sure you wont answer cuz your scared. But thats ok because I kind of agree with you in a sense. You want change and I think that is the only smart comment on your post. I agree with positive change but your trying to oust the guy who negotiated the best contract ever in the industry. If you have access see the 2000- 2005 agreements for UA pre-bankruptcy check it out and try not to drool. Even the toughest Canale haters were kissing his ass after that contract.

Relax my man give it some time. You'll get everything you want and more. We aren't in bankruptcy anymore. There's no more judge to run too to try and aborgate our contract. June is a long way away and I am sure by then most of the DL 141 membership will be agreeing with this post.

Well, I have some bad news for you it may be to late...

For the final time, I am not a guy who is in any way affiliated with this leadership team! I used to work the ramp in PIT, now I work somewhere else in the system thanks to the wonderful leadership team in place. Like a lot of you I have been displaced, but that is not the problem. The problem is the idea that a few here have that they lie to the workers and make promises that they cannot keep. The No Direction losers are just like the last group. A bunch of thugs who will fail to deliver when the time comes, they are providing you empty promises.

Look when I joined! I joined when the actions of the Thug 22 started making news, and warned that this leadership team needed to be changed, but nobody listened, in fact many of you defended these guys saying we knew nothing. Heck the president of the PHL local was one of the 22! But that dude is a hero in your eyes!

Good luck, I have a son that is finishing school and I can get my life back, I am out of this company shortly, just riding the wave, enjoy your future!

Thats an image of a US Airways logo not an American flag. Even I know how to use the color font keys. You cant think that you can come to the board with juice. Your inflammatory comments are weak. Everyone reads "sniper" all over your post. Your picture was over the top though and not tolerated on this board.

I went to the UA forum and read ur post that simulated the post that was deleted here. I found it interesing that you changed the way you approached the UA readers with ur comments as to the way you talked down to the USairways forum. You didn't even post the pix of " Monkey Bin Laden " on that forum! It's too bad alot of people didn't get to see the orig post here before it was deleted.

I know you can't answer this till later but, how can you say the "Bolded" quote above and think it is the current negotiating committe that will get that for us? Thank god for the internet, otherwise we would still be in the dark. The membership fought for that ( if it actually exists ) when they voted down the last TA. The current administration thought the last TA was a good deal!

The only good deal right now is for them. Our dues are going up and their pay is going up. WHAT WAS IN IT FOR US?

since you have gotten time off, you can read but not reply. I nominated the "NEW DIRECTION TEAM" at local 2444 in INT and work in RDU. I am sure that with those in attendance, KA, JR, and a few other AGC's, they all can tell you who I am. With the help of 3 other US Fleet Service members and 1 UA Fleet service member we got the nomination for "THE NEW DIRECTION TEAM" out of 2444. If Canoli was such a stand-up guy, then why did he threaten the members in LAS? If he was such a stand-up guy, then he would have continued section 6 negotiations for the west along with transition negotiations for both. Instead he bowed down to dougweiser. For that he has made East and West suffer for a long time. I am not scared of anybody on this board, and I am proud of the fact that we nominated and voted the way we did! OTOH I highly doubt you will say where you are from though. Scared of people finding out that you kiss dougweisers ring too. But IMO canoli could negotiate his way out of a wet paper bag. But we will see. I hope you are right, but I doubt it. We will see though. You are right on one thing. There is no judge to run to. But AH and dougweiser will tell canoli what we get. Bottom line, and he will graciously accept it and tell us that it was the best he could do. Can he even negotiate without opening the concession stand?
