PF aidded and abetted the PHL crowd selling 22 senior stations down the river, and he supported the 60 day rule.

He was so loathed the IAM sent out Macarone with the furlough packets instead of PF (in PF's own stations).

PF knew better than to show his face.
Nobody, I repeat, NOBODY is a union man and signs off on the 60 day rule...NOBODY. And I'm sick and tired of the IAM establishing new industry standards for bottom pay. The whole second class city thing was the equivalence of the B scale that the TWU signed onto in the 80's for automatic recognition. PF is of the new wave of unionist who really aren't Labor guys. They have been taught the techniques on how to preserve their Labor organization through courses on organizing, management techniques to recognize more members at the expense of the masses, etc. Each time PF and company came with a new TA they offered up lies to sell it. The whole 1113 lie that the company won't come back for more, the MDA lie that PIT will all have jobs, the whole concession stand is closed lie, and the latest one this past september, 'your choice is to ratify or see you in 2009' lie. Everytime their lips are moving they are lying.

PF couldn't carry the jockstrap of the masses and will be voted out....soon enough. He's the farthest thing from a Labor guy that there is, and there is no question in my mind that he is management. If it acts like management and speaks like management then it is management.

PF is an ineffective leader, ayes man of sorts, a wanna be tough guy.
Too bad Frankie O will unseat him. Welcome back to the ramp, and oh by the way
readjust your spending habits like we had too when you brought back the shxxxy t/a.
What goes around comes around.
No leadership, and the crap about a masters degree give me a breeeeeeeaaaaaaak.
He may have had good intentions but was corrupted by the system and prostited by cheap suites.

Any word on whose helping JR in clt today? Did cheap suites send down the james bond girls.
I will bet CLT will have the most voters of all the locals.

Grad slam possibilities? Let the lions roar and cheap suites feel the bite.

Heard KA. We'll see.

Separately, the company is sending its very own negotiation team members to the breakrooms talking up a half a$$ TA as the primary conversation. Just get up in their 'grill' and tell them you've had enough of their BS and that they need to negotiate at the negotiations table NOT in the breakroom. They do not have your best interest in mind and are still trying to hammer the masses. They are arrogant and are talking down to the masses.
I have humbly asked Parker, A hemenway, Mike S etc., if they would have a debate with me over whoring over its employees. So far no response.

If a company negotiator shows up in your breakroom, contact me, put me on speaker phone and we will clean up the BS. I do not fear these punks.

IAM Kingpin Robert Roach sez regarding mergers,
"Workers, both represented and unrepresented, could face "layoffs at locations where there will be no opportunity to return to work, and representation elections in combination with groups of people who may or may not want a union, which could be very disruptive," he says.
"These are the same employees who sacrificed hundreds of millions of dollars to keep these airlines flying," Roach adds. "Now the airlines are taking advantage to merge with others and enhance their executives' stock options."

These guys let the words fly in the public but then ask the members to sign deals that don't further protections and risk thousands of jobs. Why on earth would fleet service or any other Labor group want to give the company a transition agreement right now and risk losing many more members without getting further protections for those members and stations first? The COC language must not be given up, the 19 stations must not be given up, and merger language must be enhanced.

Also, if USAIRWAYS merges with Contenental and you guys don't have the same benefits and pay then it risks even losing representation. AP business newswire said USAIRWAYS speculatino is to acquire Continental or United. Someone needs to put Boss Canale in a straight jacket and muzzle his mouth on the sidelines, he's killing us trying to force a transition presumably so his United Airline Board members can move forward with plans of acquisition. Let the stews or mechanics go first in negotiations.

Tim: This is exactly what happend in San on Tue. I wasn't there for the first part.
But I heard that the gist of what he was trying to say was that the Sept TA
was just barely short of what would pass. "So I know it's tuff but you guys
just hang in there and it's all going to work out".

From what I saw these guys will do anything and say anything to spin things in
their favor. This includes showing up in the break room during union nominations.
I actually have to chuckle at the ridiculusness of it.

Mike S. would never get into a serious debate simply because he doesn't have to.
He's a slippery SOB but about 1% of him has sympathy for the ramp. But he's
not afraid to use that for his own purposes. He makes absurd exageration after
absurd exageration and if puched he's not above the ad hominum argument.

Bottom line for us is he got SAN riled up against him but more importantly against
PF and the rest of his golfing buddies. So dispite my desire to make a comment about
the masses I will end here. Thank you BF

PS Golf challenge to Canale's team and company negotiators: Even though
you are not capable of humility I will crush you on the golf coarse . Put your
best guy out there And I will crush him.

our network of solidarity is sending in the reports as the company scrambles to negotiate in the breakrooms. I think in a way this is good news since it shows that the company is now desperate. After all, I thought they had a contract till 2009 so why on earth are they subjecting themselves to pounding in the breakrooms trying to convince the masses that management is right there with them?
Until they present a contract that is 'loads' better than the baby doo doo they presented in September, screw transition, screw merger, screw potential investors, screw everything...until dignity and respect are shown to the masses. And if a manager starts talking about the contract, notify your solidarity leaders immediately so they can confront the devilish schemes with the truth.

What blows my mind is that, according to TB and cheape suites, fleet service could block any future deals! How could the lowest paid stop any thing?

Election Update: CLT

CLT nominates the NEW DIRECTION TEAM. Delaney gets 100 votes, Canale 9.
Canale's team couldn't even get one us airways guy to nominate them. JR, who is from CLT only picked up a couple dozen votes and experienced 'great pain' from his own who have had enough of him. The trend is clear, Canale's team is losing at home in almost every occasion. Yet his slate is flying around telling people to vote for them....even though their own people who they represent vote against them in dominating fashion.

In fact the only ones on Canale's team that are getting their home locals are the 3 that arent' half bad and are also on our slate. And in Denver, Payne only got 2 votes out of over 100 which means that 2 of Canale's own AGC's didn't vote for Payne. His team is falling apart but the NEW DIRECTION TEAM is not going to make deals with those on Canale's team who are already wanting to jump off his team for the June elections. It's called 'scorched earth policy'.

Our flight tracker had KA's flight canceling so she wasn't able to go to experience the 'great pain' in CLT today.

MKE nominated 2008 slate
MKE nominated the NEW DIRECTION and nobody nominated the 2008 slate so NEW DIRECTION won unopposed in MKE. Erik, and Alex were there along with John from MKE and a few retirees. The 2008 slate is the Canale slate.

No he isn't. He is a emblematic of the Canale regime - untrained, uninformed, low IQ, and living above their means.

Can't wait to see them all "go back to the toolbox."
