HA!! You know that this guy is the primary suspect in a Seattle murder of an assistant DA? He has restraining orders on him from his second wife as well. This guy is a whacked out POS scab, not unlike yourself JJ. Paging Claxon!!! Stop writing letters to the Judge you nut job!!

Man Anderson is a lunatic. Silver is clearly impressed. Perhaps now she has a better understanding of the TRUE NATURE of USAPA. She should, he spelled it out for her. Thanks James, maybe your letter was the straw that's going to finally break USCABAS back. Just stay away from fire arms after you lose. You're already front and center on the radar.

Well aren't you desperate.  Trying anything to malign USAPA...

The article says he was no longer a USAir pilot (in 2007) so that means Anderson could never have been an USAPA pilot.  He was an ALPA pilot.

AA has none, but doesn't US have some in that product line?  And, we are all going to be one happy, totally dysfunctional family.  In fact, this may bring a whole new definition to the phrase dysfunctional family.
Show me a family that isn't! I think we will do okay. Not all wine and roses, but hopefully better than the last decade.

Until and if you have an arrest it's nothing more than speculation

Leonidas, LLC lives on donations from people who have faith in the power of speculation!  The whole damn world is guilty of everything until they prove they are innocent, one event at at time .  😀

I just hope I'm not ever a statistic, any one of us could be the next time we go fly. I figure I'm no more immune than any other soul who became a statistic was before he went out on the fateful flight.

"I figure I'm no more immune than any other soul who became a statistic..."  As is always the case for all of us. Well said LS.

You are a flight attendant for American Airlines.  What do you feel is a fair outcome for the combined F/A seniority?

I'm aware of your situation and am sorry for your loss.

I watched an airplane go in with that friend behind the controls and the resulting fireball.

I'm sick and tired of this rookie crap when they can't back it up.
You know what? I don't blame you. I've never bought into the rookie crap. I remember having a Pan Am captain on the jumpseat out of JFK telling the other jumpseat rider that he just relaxed unless we needed his help. I won't repeat my thoughts.

I've never held it against anyone for going to work for any airline(except a scab, no excuse). One of your managers is a great guy that wanted to work for PI. I have no idea why he wasn't hired, he would have made a great fit. But, he wasn't and went to AWA. He has done well and is happy as are most guys with their choices.

What I have a major issue with is when others denigrate others. I know guys that have died and have a real issue with the accident crap. You are in no position to do that to any US guy. I'd compare my career to any of yours. Maybe I haven't called my own guys enough on this, but it shouldn't be an issue.

I have west and east friends that I would put up against any pilot in the country.

In a static fleet scenario, more than one - third of East attrition is a result of aFirst Officer retirement and will not yield an additional Captain upgrade.

The other way to look at that is:

In a static fleet scenario, almost two-thirds of East attrition is a result of Captain retirement and will yield many additional Captain upgrades.

(Does that mean the glass is actually 2/3 full, or 1/3 empty?)

HA!!! Why has it been so difficult to prove then? Careful of that "dangerous ground" you're on.

Prove?  PROVE?  Really?

USAPA doesn't have to PROVE anything.  USAPA is the defendant.

So, just who is it that has not been able to prove anything in the past 5 years?

Make something up?  Kinda like those dockworkers you were going to sick on Westies which got you in hot water a while back?

Sorry it's taken a while to respond. I've been looking into something more concerning.

Take a look at this order from today.

USAPA puts a note out today.

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA
Don Addington, et al.,
Plaintiffs,
vs.
US Airline Pilots Association, et al.,
Defendants.
)))))))))))
No. CV-13-00471-PHX-ROS
ORDER
The Court recently received another letter from a pilot. That letter will be docketed,
as was a prior letter from a different pilot. (Doc. 198). These letters are not appropriate and
the parties will be directed to communicate to all pilots that no additional letters should be
sent. In the event the Court receives future letters, they will be returned to sender rather than
docketed.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED the parties shall immediately communicate to all pilots that they
should not send letters directly to the Court and any letters will be immediately returned to
sender.
DATED this 26th day of November, 2013.
Suspect in U.S. attorney's slaying accused of paternity-test deception

"James Anderson, at the time that the case was dismissed, was a forty-year-old pilot for U.S. Airways, who lived alone in Beaux Arts, a Seattle suburb. On the night of Wales's murder, Westinghouse told investigators that he thought Anderson should be considered as a suspect. "We were concerned about a number of possibilities, one of which was that the murder might be related to our work, and one subject was the helicopter case," Westinghouse recalled. For the next several months, he received around-the-clock protection from U.S. marshals."

There is a James Anderson, US Airways (East) pilot who sent a letter to Judge Silver which I have read. He's also from Seattle Washington.

You can't make this stuff up.

Hot water?  I missed that part.  Did you forget to aim the hot water at me?  I heard nothing from anyone about it except the whining westicles.

And you really need to stop writing your inane missives to Judge Silver.  (Were you able to figure that out from her order, or do you need Marty to explain it to you in one- and two-syllable words?)

I agree with you.  A DFR 3 suit will not be ripe untill the AMR, USAirways seniority list becomes final in about three years from now.

I appreciate the comments, Pi.

I'll give you an example, a quote from a letter written to the court, from doc 285. This is exactly the mentality I am targeting.

"Please forgive me if I sound like a snob but it is true. Never in their wildest dreams did a single America West pilot ever think he would be flying a brand new wide-body aircraft to Europe making $200,000 a year. Why am I telling you this? Perhaps I sound entitled"

I think the Judge got the message but not the one which was intended.

I can't speak for the author, but he is probably right. Did you expect to fly an A330 from PHL to Europe? I didn't expect to fly a 757 from PHX to HNL either. Probably best to leave it to the lawyers.

What missive are you referencing? Take your time, you're going to be on a wild goose chase so get back with me when you find this "inane" document.

I guess you have a short memory when it come to hot water. Hot water also refers to......
Doc 286.

Wonder what the "trigger" was?
