The truth HURTS BUB.
HA!! You know that this guy is the primary suspect in a Seattle murder of an assistant DA? He has restraining orders on him from his second wife as well. This guy is a whacked out POS scab, not unlike yourself JJ. Paging Claxon!!! Stop writing letters to the Judge you nut job!!

Man Anderson is a lunatic. Silver is clearly impressed. Perhaps now she has a better understanding of the TRUE NATURE of USAPA. She should, he spelled it out for her. Thanks James, maybe your letter was the straw that's going to finally break USCABAS back. Just stay away from fire arms after you lose. You're already front and center on the radar.

Make something up?  Kinda like those dockworkers you were going to sick on Westies which got you in hot water a while back?

Sorry it's taken a while to respond. I've been looking into something more concerning.

Take a look at this order from today.

USAPA puts a note out today.

IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT
FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA
Don Addington, et al.,
Plaintiffs,
vs.
US Airline Pilots Association, et al.,
Defendants.
)))))))))))
No. CV-13-00471-PHX-ROS
ORDER
The Court recently received another letter from a pilot. That letter will be docketed,
as was a prior letter from a different pilot. (Doc. 198). These letters are not appropriate and
the parties will be directed to communicate to all pilots that no additional letters should be
sent. In the event the Court receives future letters, they will be returned to sender rather than
docketed.
Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED the parties shall immediately communicate to all pilots that they
should not send letters directly to the Court and any letters will be immediately returned to
sender.
DATED this 26th day of November, 2013.
Suspect in U.S. attorney's slaying accused of paternity-test deception

"James Anderson, at the time that the case was dismissed, was a forty-year-old pilot for U.S. Airways, who lived alone in Beaux Arts, a Seattle suburb. On the night of Wales's murder, Westinghouse told investigators that he thought Anderson should be considered as a suspect. "We were concerned about a number of possibilities, one of which was that the murder might be related to our work, and one subject was the helicopter case," Westinghouse recalled. For the next several months, he received around-the-clock protection from U.S. marshals."

There is a James Anderson, US Airways (East) pilot who sent a letter to Judge Silver which I have read. He's also from Seattle Washington.

You can't make this stuff up.

Referring to Anderson, one law-enforcement official said, "If you investigate somebody for five years and you haven't closed the deal, you have to draw inferences from that, too."

There is one letter in particular which is of concern. In addition, letters to the court like the one I read are not welcomed by Judges. If this person was trying to get the court's attention, he certainly did.

I realize USAPA did not have 98% of East support, not even close to 98% from the voting results I saw. It's the Usapians, who have created the ill will towards our pilot group with their assault on West pilots with RICO lawsuits. They divided this pilot group by pointing their guns at Westies rather than the company.

Like you, ready to move on to the APA.

"pointing their guns at Westies"...? Words just fail me. Carry on "soldier". GO "spartans!!" 😉

Won't you be glad when the merger is complete, and you can all start b**ching about the fact that all of you on both sides of the US aisle did not get the 777/A330 upgrades you deserve?

You must remember that in AZ you are guilty until proven innocent.

How many A330s does AA have? I don't expect any 777s, but watch out for certain suspects. They should start telling you pretty soon how they, with a little help from Doug saved the AA Titanic and bring up all of AA's accidents.

When your side calls us rookies you'd better be prepared to back it up with statistics.

Care to compare?

I never called you a rookie so stick it. A lot of safety advances in this industry came on the backs of dead people. People that make light of it are scum.

AA has none, but doesn't US have some in that product line?  And, we are all going to be one happy, totally dysfunctional family.  In fact, this may bring a whole new definition to the phrase dysfunctional family.

Facts are the facts.

Who are "these" people?

I just hope I'm not ever a statistic, any one of us could be the next time we go fly. I figure I'm no more immune than any other soul who became a statistic was before he went out on the fateful flight. Study and learn from accidents, with compassion for those involved? Yes. But bringing up accidents in web board tit for tats? No.

I'm not trying to bust your chops, that's just my opinion.

Until and if you have an arrest it's nothing more than speculation

I'm aware of your situation and am sorry for your loss.

I watched an airplane go in with that friend behind the controls and the resulting fireball.

I'm sick and tired of this rookie crap when they can't back it up.
