The relationship between Cleary and managment was far too toxic to have achieved what Hummel did. No MOU, no retro pay. And if the BPR had their way a year ago, no MOU vote.

Well are you certain? Hummel negotiated outside the lines, plain and simple, the BPR(the ones you disagree with) got your pay, if Gary had had his way remember there would have been "NO" retro. Gary gave away all leverage to position himself and his entourage political positions moving forward! You know your in trouble when SKEETER in a PHX crew news video "THANX GARY FOR GETTING IT DONE"!  PATHETIC! Get rid of the cancer before it spreads anymore! You do not know where it will show up next if you do not deal with it now!

Remember, according to some on the BPR, all that's needed at HQ is an answering machine in each office and a secretary to return calls. I voted for BOTH the officers AND BPR reps, division of power. Go back and check the number of votes CLT and PHL received compared to Hummel, Bradford, Smyzer and Streble.
