And here's what heroically, "battle"-tested, cutesie little "spartans", and umm..."knights"/"dire wolves" (perhaps by now, even Ariel the Little Mermaid/Tinkerbelle/Snow White/et al) who've "fought with valor" look like these days...No disrespect meant to Ariel, Snow White and Tinkerbelle though, since they've yet to be inducted into your mighty little umm..."army". Another question for you bean. There are currently two lawsuits in the courts with the question of whether the Nicolau award must used. What if the courts rule the Nic must be used and you get it. What's the damage?

I agree with you Bean. We are hiring on the East. Why wasn't a West furloughed pilot afforded his DOH from the beginning? How many ways can people skew this thing. If it's DOH, then by God, it's DOH! Not just when it's convenient.

When the situation was reversed, the West pilots put the East furloughs on the bottom of their list.

Why not start there.

As just a line pilot that was never directly involved; I can at least observe that any/ALL online suggestions of even discussing the viability of the nic were 100%, without exception, universally derided with such pithy gems as "Booyooshaka!"..."It's OVER!...Get used to it!" etc.

They fail to look at that nice big NMB sign. The one that makes the rules these idiots better start following. Not the wacky broad in PHX. Someone will be there to make sure she follows the rules for a change or she will get spanked like Wake.
