Snap asked  "Hows its going in the 4th ward?"             (Silly non functioning quote application)

Nah,  they would not like me there.  I make too much noise with things like gunpowder and high octane gasoline.   I go for a much more rustic setting away from the crowds.   When you cannot see your neighbors house from your house that is perfect.
Nothing wrong with gunpowder and the 2nd Amendment.

You're talking to a NRA member with a lifetime membership. My wife is a gun owner as well so I can guarantee her firearm could make just as much noise defending herself from an intruder. So if it is Hickory, NC or the 4th Ward good thing we have the right to wake up our neighbors. 🙂

It wasn't ALPA's fault.  We never sued ALAP for any damages of any kind.  Let me say it again.  It was not ALPA's fault, and accordingly we didn't sue them.  It was our fault and we amended our ways or simply letting things happen, we woke up, and started to apply the reality that is established by the majority.  Majority.  Say it slowly.  You are blaming the majority for things you don't like. And you are attempting to accuse the majority of blaming others.   Whaaaa.   The majority is quite content with what the majority is doing.  Thats why its called a majority.

There will never be a majority that accepts the Nic.  Never.  Its just the way it is.  But don't worry, there will be a majority that accepts a fair and equitable resolution. Even Trader won't be able to refute that, though he will pretend to. 🙂
I understand it's not ALPA's fault. I also understand that you'll abide by a court ruling if it includes the Nic. What are you going to do then, vote out the APA?

"If"  See, you can't escape that one word.  If....

YOU think USAPA is at fault for everything.  You don't like the majority.  There will never be a majority that favors the Nic.  Never.  Its the only thing you never had.  A majority that votes for the Nic.   🙂  (Notice I didn't use the word "if". 🙂 )

Snap.....

It appears you and I have some things in common.   Maybe once all this east west crap is over we can spend a few rounds at the range (or back yard) and have a beer afterward!  🙂

Yeah my wife loves to make noise also.  She is pretty good with a handgun,  she does not mess with rifles much.

On the discussion side,  Per current events, merger, new rest regs,  and retirements.  I really think by the time we get a definitive answer from the very very last court on this whole thing it is not really going to matter to anybody, at least from a quantifiable point of view.   The ones that the NIC or DOH would hurt the most prior to their retirement will be gone by then.   Everybody else will just be arguing over which left seat they can hold.

From a weird point of view it can be said that both sides have won to this point,  USAPA has held the NIC at bay for 7 years and AOL has held DOH at bay for 7 years.   Realistically I think we all know there was no money other than what we have from the company to this point no matter if it had been NIC or DOH.   As was pointed out a few pages ago the Kirby crap offer is all we could have expected and in the grand scheme of things it is negligible.   Had it been NIC some on the west would have made out a bit better, while many on the east would have taken a pay hit to this point.  Had it been DOH the opposite would have been true.   I know many on the west probably feel differently about the Kirby,  but that proposal really would have been nothing more than fighting over the table scraps.   Even though it would have been the wests best contract to that date, it was pathetic compared to what once was here and what the rest of the industry was.

At least now the whole airline will be making decent money,  not great, but decent.  The usual suspects, whiners and greedy crowd will continue to argue over this for years,  just like you can still find some that argue over the Piedmont or PSA merger.    the ones like RES and Prechilli could have been given Capt seats 7 years ago on the small bus and would still be on here all pissed off because they were not given a 330 seat.   Folks like that can never be happy in life because their greed is never satisfied.   Same can be said for some on the east,  though I have yet to meet an east pilot so burned up inside over it as those two are.

As to the rest of the show,  I ordered extra popcorn from the local cubscout this year so I had plenty to sit back and watch the fireworks with!  🙂

Injunctions don't care anything about "majority" have you noticed that nobody ever asks USAPAS opinion on anything? Have you figured out yet that you scabs are all alone in this world? Your fake unions roll in life has been to sit in the corner and STFU...pouting. You East ass holes are categorically insane. You took your own careers hostage and committed financial suicide to chase the uncontainable dream of returning you to the glory of 1983. That's fine. The problem is you reached across the country and forced that same epic decision upon 1600 innocent people and their families. That will never be forgotten. Ever. It's almost over and it's time to pay up. Karma is a *****.

You seem elated that it's over IF the courts ignore what everyone voted for.

P.S. For the life of me I can't figure why you of all people callout to the gods of karma. 😀

"war"..."cowards"..."war"...?  Sigh! I've yet to see any listings of KIA/MIA anywhere, widdle "spartan".

GROW UP!

A first class seat in a 320 is not adequate for rest with an IRO but it's OK for a Captain and F/O to DH in coach and fly back the same day.

That's how the government insures we are well rested.

We'll never have any argument over that much snap, but let's equally, never just assume the continuation of any Rights. It's up to all of us to ensure that happens.

That's "you'se" personal problem. Harbor and nuture whatever anger and hatred that best feeds your misery if it suits you to do so. You speak of karma, but personally evidence the greatest degree of dissatisfaction with life of anyone on these boards, well, with a possible tie being awarded to prechil. "Enjoy" yourselves as you see fit. Only you and those closest to you in life will ever be harmed by such self-destructive insanity. Your choice.

I thought the same thing. The first of many issues that will pop up. And ODANs are still perfectly fine.

Angry and stupid is no way to go through life son. Get some help.

As far as Karma goes, what do you think those folks in the Philippines and IL did to deserve what happened to them?

I agree with you on the common interests outside of this dispute and would accept your offer at some point. I've even found common ground with Eastus at the water cooler. We start discussing seniority and he hands me a Play Station and he gets a Red Solo Cup in return.

I'm supporting my team, you support yours. I see a series of mistakes made be the opposing team which fits well with the football analogy below. Source: Yahoo politics & government.

"Let's say you want your favorite football team to win the Superbowl this year, but the team has a terrible owner and manager. They've made a series of awful decisions that have seriously hurt the team's chances for victory. They're so incompetent that they're making the team play most of their games against the Canadian Football League, even though this won't help them get to the Superbowl, and the real battle is obviously against the NFL teams. Some players are being unnecessarily injured in these CFL games. In fact some players don't even have proper pads and helmets. The owner insists that everything is fine, the team is winning, and they'll soon have that Superbowl victory.

If you publicly criticize the owner, the manager, and their awful decisions that are causing players to get hurt and destroying the team's chances for a Superbowl victory this season, does that mean you don't support the players and you want your favorite team to lose?"

I'll take some of that popcorn while we wait on a ruling. 🙂

REPLY BRIEF IN SUPPORT OF
INTERVENOR US AIRWAYS, INC.’S
MOTION FOR SUMMARY
JUDGMENT - CLAIM REGARDING
MCCASKILL-BOND STATUTE

"Under these circumstances, and especially given that the West Pilots and East
Pilots continue to work under two separate seniority lists and thus have distinct seniority
interests at stake in the upcoming integration of US Airways and American pilots, a
McCaskill-Bond process that does not afford the West Pilots an opportunity to present
their arguments in favor of the Nicolau Award would not be fair and equitable."

CONCLUSION
For the foregoing reasons, Intervenor US Airways respectfully requests that the
Court grant its Motion For Summary Judgment.
Dated: November 18, 2013.

Be fair here! I also hand you and your "army" of supposed "spartans" an open invitation to a recreational flying wager. All "you'se" have seemingly ever got to offer's the "Red Solo Cup"/internet-tough-guy BS in return. 😉

Nyaah, Nyaah!...I "win". 🙂
