My lawyers claimed the MOU was neutral in writing a dozen times. Are you saying MY lawyer that I PAY lied to 1/3rd of his clients? Is that legal? I know Silver was sure impressed when he refued to take the stand under oath to explain himself.

Maybe some of your AOL members should of let you in on those EMAILS, they explain you knew "EXACTLY" what you voted for!

What does neutral mean to you? To me it means that anything is possible, ranging from stapling to doh to los to rel pos to stapling! Kind of like writhing a blank check.

He also led the witnesses during deposition and had to be told numerous times to shut up.

I am thinking AOL has a bombshell waiting in the wings for these scabs.

Why do you always say the east wants the west jobs? That is so stupid. The east offered a fence to keep that from happening. Please read up on these matters so you might understand what you are talking about.

I know there are 2500 scabs on the east who stripped the West of union representation in order to steal jobs.

I may look like a tool to an east scab, might even look like a tool to staunch ALPA supporters, and union advocates.

No biggie, you can call me a scab all you like...after all, I fit the definition of "refusing to join a union"....but of course the "union" I faled to join was the "east's scab experiment.

I strongly suggest if you bare a usapa supporter, you just get used to being called a SCAB!
