TATTLETALE

I never stated it as fact, I was simply saying it was a rumor I heard. That's all. And yes, I have tons of enemies in my address book because me, being the diablita que soy, I love sending hate mail to all of my enemies. It makes me feel good!
diablita... me encanta!

Not to go off topic, but that Carol Brady really was a layabout. She was a stay at home mom, but had a maid. Had it made more like. How did she support those three children before she met Mike Brady.

Imagine if there was rotating reserve, but with THIS system, everyone doing a month? There would be deaths from heart attacks and mass firings.

If you vote for it, you're saying it's good enough for you. I'd love to see her and her friends do it, AND do it at $21 an hour like some of our rsvs are at.

Alice was already working for Mike when Carol met him.

Someone said earlier that "I was on duty", " I was on a trip" and other reasons. Hey, you know what, if you freakin cared enough, you would change your schedule to be there. I did and scheduling didn't have a problem when I told them why.

Really? It would be great if you could make yourself available to help out the FAs with scheduling that would like to have the time off to attend the meeting on the 13th in PHL.

How about the union schedule meetings before the bids for that month close?

pitbull-I think new business is already on the agenda. So motions can be introduced during that time right?

How about making the effort to call a scheduling supr. and asking them to move a day. Don't be afraid of being assertive. Most of them will work with you to get you to the meeting. Again, most f/a's don't make the effort. Most rsvf's complain, but change a day to go to a meeting, can't do that. If I didn't have an ETB trip(in order to get somekind of decent paycheck after Christmas), I butt would be at your meeting.

Back on the first page of this thread is a link to the MSN Group where this was posted. I'm hoping that everyone here has taken the time to go there and ramble around the sight. It's rather interesting actually.

I'm not sure what the F/A in question was thinking when she wrote that letter, however reading some of the other posts does allow you to see the bigger picture.

What we know so far is that her e-mail post so far is nothing more than an Internet rant, that no one to date has been ratted out, is that correct?

If that's the case then this "Lovely" person has done no more than any of us do from time to time here?

My point is not to defend her, but to keep it in perspective. If this event fosters more involvement in the union in PHL then oddly enough the letter will have done some good.
If someone was ratted out, its because people have been passing around the letter in the crew room taping it to company property. My friend said he saw it taped to the OPR table and a supervisor came in and removed it. The letter writer didn't publish it for the company to see, but those who want to hang this woman made sure the company got their hands on it. GOOD JOB.

No Piney, there is a difference. The difference is, on here we are anonymous and we complain. That's it! She was tattling on a reserve to the union trying to get her in trouble. Do you see us trying to get people in trouble on here or do you see us trying to get people fired on here? No you don't!

To keep it in "perspective", someone was going out of their way to get people fired from their jobs because they were having a hard time commuting. I'm sure management knows this goes on but this is the only company with this policy. Why does it matter the reason you can't make your check-in. Any reason is a dependibility, period. Why does mommy pick and choose what reasons are worse in their mind.
By the way, I was hoping to get a paris trip tomorrow, maybe 92012 hmmm look it up.

I hear you can call Paris for real cheap on Skype.

Attention USAir nonrevs attempting to use WN for travel tomorrow;

Please do not attempt to nonrev on WN or US out of RSW tomorrow so as to allow Cyndy Atkins and her 4 bags CLEAR and UNOBSTRUCTED access to empty seats. You see, she has a Paris trip tomorrow, and it would be unfair to cause her undue hardship or possible delays, leading to a missed check in. The commuters from FL and CA have suffered enough, much more than the reserves, and it would be insensitive to make this burden any harder on Miss Atkins.

If this were not a weekend, it would be in a company email. For now, this will have to do. All non rev plans on hold, please.

Thank you for your kind consideration in this matter.

Also, thank you for the hotel info in CDG. Noted.
