This is confusing to me. If these guys were assaulted, as is alleged, then why haven't charges been filed yet? And if it's true that the hotel had video surveillance detailing the alleged assault, then please tell me how a grievance procedure will get any of these guys their jobs back. Nothing short of Johnny Cochran(R.I.P.) could get them out of this one.

With good reason! Word on the skreet is that two (2) TWU International "Thugs" provoked a handful of PHL Fleet Service Agents and the TWU "Thugs" proved to be weaker of body than mouth! Charges can still be filed...provocation is a crime!

In all fairness to 700UW, the IAM is bound by law to defend these recto-cranial inversions. They have to defend them. HOWEVER, the law doesn't define how good a lawyer they have to hire for that purpose.

What law are you referring to and at what point in process does a lawyer get involved? I take it you are referring to IAM defending their terminations.

"Not condoning" and "condemning" are not the same thing. "Not condoning" is a feable attempt to distance yourself and the IAM from what your thug union brothers did, bucko.
