Hey you're probably right. Don't forget that the TWU Reps were rumored to have been warned by the agents in Boston too. So that's at least twice they were warned about PHL. Sounds like plenty of "fair warning" to me. It doesn't matter that the three IAM members who gave the "fair warning" in PHL didn't call for security or the police either. All they needed to give was "fair warning".

Halt the investigation and rehire all those terminated.

If there had been "fair warnings" in other cities, prior to the PHL incident AND another "fair warning" was issued by the AGC, it appears to lean toward IAM higher-ups having knowledge of the whole multiple city goings on......hmmmmm!!! Or did the higher-ups think it was all going to remain a verbal thing but something went awry??? Appears obvious that there was knowledge of what was going on and you'd think, that the IAM higher-ups would have had the foresight and forethought, that it may turn physical and stop the whole shenanigans BEFORE it got out hand.

The question of whether or not the assault was done with the knowledge of the union is a question-of-fact. Guess who decides questions-of-fact? A jury, unless a jury trial is waived and then the judge rules on questions of law and questions of fact.

If you want to learn a little case law, go research case law on the issues of "agency". You'll have a great time.

I do have an interest in the Law and I had the extreme pleasure to meet several prominent attorneys during my business career who did give me some insight.

Ramp at US/West is about $15 I think.

And dont worry, we take care of millions of dollars worth of aircraft parts, the company trusts us, and if the best insult you can do is say we dispense rags, then keep trying.
And a licensed mechanic takes care of a lot more than just parts. The FAA trusts the mechanics. They have the responsibility and should be paid for it. Not under the IAM contract, it stinks-all the way to 2009 and beyond.
Plus rags are free issue, go get them yourself, I have rotables to take care of.

The authorities are in no rush, everyone shown on videotape in the corridor has been identified. It looks like the Feds aren't going to take over the case, so now the local authorities will get all their ducks in a row before moving forward. Knowing who was involved I can safely say that it won't take much to get a few of those guys to flip. LL1776 is trying to use their political connections to their advantage, and things could get very interesting. My guess is that there's a 50-50 chance of it getting swept under the rug, lack of prosecution being the excuse.
