US Pilots Labor Discussion 1/26- STAY ON TOPIC AND OBSERVE THE RULES

Because we are working with a few west pilots that under stand what's going on, when the east wins the 9th and are pay raises, the west will give up!!!
When the west wins in the ninth and you lose the snap backs the east will give up, attack the leadership, cry foul, implode, ask for a do over, file a law suit, complain to the NMB and go running back to ALPA to protect you from the mean old west pilots.

Pi brat,

You mention Cleary in this post, do you mean the BPR? Cleary doesn't control anything the BPR does. And we the pilots steer/control the BPR.

It is just so cute that you think you are in control, of anything. So, so wrong.

You are correct, in theory. Cleary and Seham have led this drive and I have found that not 1 in 100 east pilots have a clue about the C18 suit. BTW, so you know it's not really 18? Take the time to really educate yourself on this one and you will find out it is a loser. And I'm not a USAPA basher.

Well it's kind of quiet now, the usual suspects are probably passed out and snoring. I hope their aspirin is handy in the morning.

Wow, what did I miss?

Looks like Monty Python has two new Black Knights, both with their legs cut off, and both yelling "It's only a flesh wound."

They're almost as funny as Hawkhunter.

Hey Nic, Look up BLACK SWAN sometime. I don't mean here. You guys got your Black Swan and you are clueless. Clueless. Deal with it.

I already told you our situation is not a black swan, it was all of maybe a week ago, and you have forgotten already?

I'm wondering what was served for refreshments at this pep rally...

Jim

What was served at this usapa/seham pep rally will be great evidence in our damages trial against usapa.

Judge Wake, please call steve bradford, mike cleary followed by lee seham to the witness stand?

If you have nothing substantive to contribute, do not post... no more smart remarks.

The next flame bait post gets the thread closed for a few days, and a 30 day suspension to the poster.

We're getting tired of this folks....aren't you?

There is NOTHING anyone can say here which is going to affect the outcome of this dispute, so stop thumping your chests....all of you.

I was thinking the same thing. They do take minutes at these meetings, yes? The way the east posters are talking about this meetings content it sounds like usapa just held a heres how we can further our bad faith position, regardless of a permanent injunction public update. If they just laid out the plans of how to circumvent the aftermath of a loss at the 9th, these folks are going to simply be removed from the process.

The VNIIMN crowd may find a new moniker, posibly DNMHIVNIAI, (does not matter how I vote Nic is already implemented).

nic4,

The meeting was loaded with information on grievance and early retirement issues. Very little info on the 9th because we are just waiting for the decision. The NMB negotiation process was discussed. The LOA 93 info was very informative and I think most in the room would agree.....we liked what we heard. The Retirement and Insurance Comm. and the advisors gave a very informative discussion about our investments. The old bargaining agent didn't have a clue in this area! You guys out west were mentioned when they talked about T/A 10.......other than that, I don't think you were mentioned. The Cactus 18 were mentioned early in the meeting that our lawyers were going to approach your lawyers. To try to work something out, but that the west didn't seem to be interested.

My take on the meeting is that LOA 93 looks very good. Strong language and very good witnesses on our side. Addington will play out and our side feels very comfortable about the "ripeness" issue. The early retirement program can pay as much as $110K and as little as $70K.......don't know how many will take it.

The meeting lasted a little over 4 hours and the PHL reps did a nice job with the meeting. We all kissed Cleary's ring as he entered the room and when we left the meeting. Someone in the meeting talked about having a web board with USAPA and that got shot down...........we like coming on this board. One of your legal scholars was mentioned about his posting on the old ALPA web board that daddy is a retired federal judge and his brothers are all lawyers and having a district judge in the family too. Nice touch!

That was about it!

Thanks for the sharing, no sarcasm intended. The West meetings are pretty much the same. Very little energy is wasted bickering about the real petty East v. West crap. Larger issues such as furloughs, NAC questions, and how to move forward from here are much more pressing.

Just holding your breathe, waiting to lose again. Good strategy !

They were wrongly persecuted, and are waiting for the outcome. They are Supremly confident that USAPA will lose. And when USAPA loses, there will be countersuits. Dont spend your Snapback yet....

Ripeness is just a matter of time. USAPA's DFR will still happen, you know, Seham knows it, (He enjoys taking your money ans stroking your little egos), and Cleary knows it. Just a matter of time.

A lot will take it, they are tired of being held hostage by usapa and the angry F.O. club.

The meeting lasted a little over 4 hours and the PHL reps did a nice job with the meeting. We all kissed Cleary's ring as he entered the room and when we left the meeting.

Which ring? Gold, Silver or Cinnamon ring?

Someone in the meeting talked about having a web board with USAPA and that got shot down..........

Censorship is alive and well back East !!!

.we like coming on this board. One of your legal scholars was mentioned about his posting on the old ALPA web board that daddy is a retired federal judge and his brothers are all lawyers and having a district judge in the family too. Nice touch!

Dont forget to mention that my uncle is Hugh Hefner at your next meeting, he owns a small publication, with photos of women....ah forget it, you've probably never seen it anyhow...
