What hook. He now has to make a decision that he has been avoiding.

He has to decide if he is going to live up to his word that he accepted the Nicolau. He is going to have to decide if he is going to make the east buy something less than the Nicolau. He is going to have to decide if being dragged into the next DFR suit is worth it.

What don't you guys get. The company is never going to agree to go back to line bidding. PBS is coming your way not a thing you can do about it. No PBS no contract.

Seniority is the same thing. What if Parker decides that no Nicolau no contract. What is usapa going to do?

You are back to square one from usapa promise. That they can negotiate seniority like a crew. What happens if usapa is not a very good negotiator? Jerry Glass has eaten your lunch before and he will do it again.

usapa is in a bad spot. No legal impediments to keep usapa from their promise. No ALPA national to blame the failure on. What happens if usapa can not bring a contract with anything other than Nicolau? Who do they blame then?

So after four years usapa finally brings a contract with the Nicolau, was it all worth it? The delay. the money wasted and lost?

I beleive most are making this out to be more than it is.....

Its as simple as the 9th court meant it to be, Dismissall.......

That frees USAPA to conclude a contract with a seniority list they submit included....if the contract is voted in its done, if the list doesnt harm anyone from where they are RIGHT NOW, SAME AS THEY WERE BEFORE.......then end of story .

What part of this decision do you not understand......simple........nic no. Legal bargaining agent yes......

PS If someone gets to keep what they had, how can they say they were wronged? end of lawsuits.....

Lots of questions asked never any answers given.

The east pilots say you won. You all are saying that the Nicolau is dead and you are going to get DOH. Why continue to make your arguments why you should have DOH or why Nicolau is not fair to you? What for? If it is over move on. Maybe just maybe you are not so sure that DOH is in and Nicolau is dead.

Are you saying that you would allow the BPR to take this pilot group into a strike/ job action with allowing the line pilot a vote? That sounds even worse than ALPA. At least they allowed a strike vote.

Beside why are you still worried about 2/3 of the pilots giving away your career to the 1/3. You are getting DOH right you told us all that. Not so sure?

BTW it was you that threatened the job action if Parker did not give the east what you wanted. But DOH is locked up right? Not so sure?

Reorder seniority? Now that is a laugh. Ask Joe Monda about your little plan. It didn't fly. It never will. Clue for you- stop trying to take what you didn't earn. Put your time in like honest Americans do. Don't try and steal years from hard working pilots with some collectivism socialist entitlement. Drop your integrity line. So, since the NIC is now dead, seniority will be DOH with fences and restrictions and not effected at all by the outcome, and you're not an MDA guy, I guess that means it's none of your business. Just as I thought.

We told you Wake was out of his league long ago, only to be told we were conspiracy theorists. I don't know which west guys' daddy golfed with this guy, but that trial was a travesty and a miscarriage of justice. If you can't see that, you have lost all credibility.
