They need to keep a fully stocked stable of boogey men, scapegoats, and patsies. You don't know that by now? It's the only option for an entirely worthless, irrelevant pilot "union"This comment is one of fear and has no merit. Why?
1. USAPA's president has no authority to give up Scope.
2. The JNC would have to agree to give up Scope.
3. The BPR would have to agree to give up Scope.
4. The pilot's would have to vote to give up Scope.
5. In the recent F/A TA they obtained industry leading Scope better than the pilot's current protections.
Why would the Company agree to give the F/As industry leading Scope, with the pilot's current minimum hulls, minimum block hours, current RJ protections, and current code share protections if the "company will down size by 10 to 15 percent?"
Why would Wolf (please take note, Wolf has no "e" in his name).. Why would Wolf order over 400 Arbii if there was no intention to outsource mainline? Why would AA place the biggest aircraft order in history if they had no intention of declaring bankruptcy to fleece labor and outsource? This comment is one of fear and has no merit. Why?

You should know by now, 320 is always singing the praises of management, otherwise by definition he is not 320.They need to keep a fully stocked stable of boogey men, scapegoats, and patsies. You don't know that by now? It's the only option for an entirely worthless, irrelevant pilot "union"
Still stuck on the junebug thing? If you're having fun with it...JUNEBUG, I never said I trusted him.
McKee and Cleary kicking their fight into high gear and I guess luvthe9 has the airline forums part.Man. 100 posts in 24 hrs. You really fell off the wagon.![]()
They're confusing "high gear" with death throes.McKee and Cleary kicking their fight into high gear and I guess luvthe9 has the airline forums part.
Gotta start spreading the FUD on Hummel.
Hummel will re-staff the the JNC with his boys, as we have seen in the past and the yes we do get the final vote. This comment is one of fear and has no merit. Why?

Get a clue already.
Nobody cares what you vote, how you vote, who you voted for. It is nothing more than background noise.
PS. the Nic is the only accepted system seniority list at LCC. No vote necessary.
But they can only close shop (PHX) with a joint contract. Is usapa anywhere near a contract? Not being parked. So keep saying that, the cost for PHX pilots to agree to a contract keeps going up.Major expansion planned for CLT http://www.charlotteobserver.com/2012/04/09/3158982/airport-bets-a-billion-on-future.html Time to close up shop in PHX. http://www.twgarchitects.com/portfolio_detail.asp?portfolio_aviation=13
So with Cleary staffing the NAC and other committees with his boys you thought that was ok. But the new president doing the same thing you have a problem with that?Hummel will re-staff the the JNC with his boys, as we have seen in the past and the yes we do get the final vote.
Doesn't apply here because it's different. How? I don't know but that's usually the east answer. What happened to the majority rules mantra?
