Well all indications are, tomorrow is the day! Amfa wannabes have indicated they will file with 9200+/- cards. Here it is, 40 years latter and Amfa may file for the second time at AA.

Will they actually do it or have they given another false indication and make up excuses?

The Amfa wannabes have been spouting off all day about the pending card filing! Funny thing is happening here in Tulsa! The card signers are having second thoughts and have expressed concerns about the mistake! AA has put certain changes on hold and have indicated more than once they have alternate plans if Amfa is able to call for a vote!

Anyway you have to wonder! Sometimes it is better not to get what you wish for! You might just get it! In this case, the employees at AA will be the losers!

In the end, the members will see through the BS and make the smart choice, if in deed it comes to a vote!

Bob, If and when an election might take place as the information comes forward I will point it out.

I think that the PR firm has their work cut out for them.

They know that the TWU has done a lousy job for over twenty years.

They know that we got the worst contract in the industry with the biggest healthiest company in the industry.

They know that even in Tulsa, the TWU's biggest stronghold that participation and support is minimal.

They know that the majority of those eligible to vote have filled out cards.

They know that there is always a large percentage that will not vote at all.

They know from the survey that there is very little support for the TWU.

So what do they do?

Lie. Lie, lie.

Lie that if AMFA gets in the contract is void.

Lie that the union saved jobs.

Lie that if AMFA gets in that everyone will lose their jobs.

Spread out rumors to cause uncertainty, confusion and fear because the normal human reaction is to stay where you are under these conditions- to freeze. The hope is that by the time the truth gets out it will be too late.

Well nowadays the truth travels a lot faster. Many of their lies are so transparent they have no effect anymore. The members see right through them and all it does is continue to lower their credibility, if thats possible.
