WHERE'S THE BELOVED RR ON ALL THIS or ANY OTHER UNION STEWARD. First and for most YOU work in safe manner
and if management doesn't understand that . THEN have them put it in WRITING that THEY will be held responsible if you
get in an accident or get a speeding ticket from the city . THAT should back them down.
sidenote: FREEDOM before you get on your soap box about what a great guy RR is and YADA YADA YADA . save it no one cares what
you think . Your creditability as long since been lost.
They aren't advocating that we do anything to put ourselves in danger, or cutting corners, but I agree, if we are under fire on the 15 minute rule, and someone gets hurt, or caught in a baggage belt, then they could get sued, and we could get hurt. Good point.
Our union guys have nothing to say about anything. There is no chatter on company policies or current events. It's every man for himself.
