Mike,

Loading or unloading a plane would be much simpler if all transfers were in one bin and all locals were in the other. Also all mail in one bin and all freight in the other. But due to someone's bright idea, some cities want the express transfers and some online transfers loaded with the locals, and some cities want them loaded with the online transfers. When you have very few bagroom agents, bags tend to get on the right plane but possibly mixed up. All transfers in one bin, all locals in the other. Everyone should be happy with the load like that. How about doing away with clp, and let us go back to doing our operations locally?
i know in our city, the usual load we do for the A-319 to CLT is to load out zones in the aft and the locals, express, and if any carry on or strollers, etc in the fwd. But if its full and say we're given a load like 110/75 then we sometimes put the express bags in the aft aft section and the zones in the fwd sect of the aft bin. that eexample was monday's when the rest of NASCAR officials left on us to clt

Believe me Rogue, I'm not here for an argument, but those bags even if loaded in the bagroom on the wrong cart pass by at least 3 sets of eyes before they get on the A/C. My comments are meant mostly for CLT/PHL. I am in a field station so Conx are minimal. If you work in CLT or PHL than maybe the way on the DRCP is not the way. If you work in a small station than yeah, I agree with you. It's what you want that matters if time permits-bottom line.

End of Story .. Over and Out

myself and a former Pit guy were talking it up and you see many peeps wearing ND08 stuff but to be honest I worry how serious this is to get as many out as possible to vote .we can not let up tomorrow I can't stand to be screwed by the Great Ass again

Work the vote take nothing for granted get into the BR's and get the word out Everyone needs to vote! Keep the vans running non stop

You guys in CLT can do it! 775 is the number your shootin for and what better victory than beating PHL's number! PHL guys would love to see to you break there number.

Canale is counting on you all not to vote. Show him why he is known as the Great A$$!

Apathy is not acceptable. I think if we all work on getting out the vote we can accomplish our goal. Beating PHL would be an added bonus. The bagroom runners will also see a lot of people. Use the chance to motivate you brothers and sisters to vote.

HEY!

Are any of you, by chance, coming to the US Open golf Tornay?!?!

I am willing to go with you and split some of the costs!

PM me! We can discuss Canale, women, golf, whatever!

I'll bring you back to PHX for some rattlesnake!

Mike,

Small Station for sure. It's kind of hard sending separated loads to PHL & CLT due to the restrictions on the airbuses. When you are limited to 4400 in the tail, the easy way to get that amount is to just fill it with bags. If you try and do it with freight or mail, sometimes the weight of the carts are too much. When that happens you have to split carts, which doesn't give you an accurate weight. Which we all know it isn't supposed to be that way. So now we have a dilemma, do we load everything on the best we could or do we take extra time to separate everything and wind up leaving payload behind? This is an everyday occurence in my station. We choose to get everything on the best way we can, or it will just snowball on to the next flight.

Tim,
On the 2 yr AGC Team 2008 squeaked by a narrow win but Our ND08 were right on there heels

The 4 yr was not a clean sweep for Team 2008

Over all we stale mated them from any real lead.

Nice job to our ND08 committee

I just heard some news on SEA

Overall stalemate with a few very close wins for T08 and a few close wins for ND08

CLT get those nails ready because Thursday you get close the coffin and hammer it shut!

District Officer ELections Update: STL, SEA

Canale wins STL and SEA. STL was Delaney 4, Canale 11. Sea was about 130 voters, I forget the officials but Canale won by just a couple votes. New Direction won some officer spots, and all the agc spots were within a dozen votes so it was basically a split. Hughes won SEA for the New direction as he was the only AGC for the New Direction to win in SEA. All Team 2008 AGC's won but the vote was close and basically a split.

What we are finding out is that when the new direction wins, it is a blowout. When Team 2008 win thier key stations, they are having to work very hard and are only winning by a few votes.
Nonetheless, if Canale throws out ORD and PHL then things will tighten up considerably. Today SFO 1781 and Aloha vote. Canale is expected to take both of these.

Tomorrow should be Delaney and the New Directions so we need the big vote out of our stations tomorrow. CLT, PIT, MSP, ATL should be ours. New Directions is expecting CLT to drive the stake through the heart and for PIT, MSP, ATL to throw the dirt over the grave.

This week's totals now include wins for Delaney in BOS, HNL [United and Hawaiin Local], And Canale won SEA, STL, JAX. Canale now has netted wins in only SEA, STL, DTW, JAX.

Your company is not a stand alone carrier and needed United airlines. Now there are reports about liquidation later this year. I think fleet service needs Randy Canale more now than ever. Things will get difficult for US AIRWAYS and they will have to demonstrate that they can achieve concessions before an investor will invest. Delaney is more of a hard liner and it may be difficult for him to open up your contract for additional concessions. Such a position may risk liquidation
.

remember folks this comes from a district leader and one of randy's boys. He is already announcing Randy's intentions to

REOPEN the concession stand . WE as a membership can't let this happen. H*ll for once just once in our career lets try the hardliner

approach like all other labor unions do. Liquidation are you kidding me . District farce YOUR scare tactics have run out of juice.
