That's quite an imagination you have there but I'm happy to provide some purpose for your existence.  
 
The entire case can be solved with the two most concise and relevant statements made by each side...one from the West and one from the East.  
 
The entirety of the West position:
"[Defendant] USAPA has presented no evidence of its intent or purpose [to prove innocence]."  Doc 263, p.2 line 2
 
The entirety of the East position:
"Plaintiffs failed to carry their burden [to prove guilt]." Doc 260, p.4 line 19
 
 
A litigant's ignorance of their burden is no excuse.   :lol:  A judge's ignorance would be even less excusable.   🙂

You are one sick little SCAB. It was YOUR IDIOTIC decision to keep accepting recall to an OBVIOUSLY losing, failing piece of Schitt "airline". It's YOUR fault. Not Traders, not his father, not the West pilots....that moronic decision is all on YOU. You've already wasted at least half your career. The smart thing to do is to stop digging the hole. Using your own logic, what are you and the other smart ones out west still doing here? Isnt Delta hiring?

You're back, huh? Back from furlough after the acquisition in 2005? 
 
Res is right about that airway Douggie dragged to Phoenix. A collection of regionals a lot of people have not heard of except for the tarnished USair brand and lousy safety record. Heck, a TSA agent would not let me use the US Airways badge saying "that airline doesn't fly here" while I chuckled and reached for my passport.
 
If you want to fly for an airline rather than an airway, why don't you submit that Delta app?

Really. So were you working or pass riding? If you were working they let you through with a passport and no ID? Or if you were pass riding(or on a ticket) and US really didn't serve the airport then your ID probably wasn't a good one to use. Please splain Lucy. Probably another one of your tall tales.

Probably a lot more than those senior to me and a lot less than those junior to me. A lot of good ideas for mitigating were being floated, it would have had to be the total package. But, with our history I thought ALPA would try to float the Kirby with the supposed extra 10% and a 5 year fence. I think that might have made it through. We'll never know.

Wow, all I did is post a family hypocricy situation and you went off on a rant.  I can see why a real airline never hired you,

Look at your career, working stagnant for a regional PHX airline for nine years.  Leonidas is out of money and legal options.  Wait till the AMR meger tanks, seperate ops will continue for years.  Enjoy.

Why? MY company hasn't been BK twice in the last 10 years. I was NEVER furloughed. This Company NOW is making money hand over fist...thanks to you scabs and your scab payrates. Why would I leave NOW when the APA has finally secured me a future that USCABA never had any intention or ability of providing? You're comparing apples with doorknobs. The Failed, BK, rescued Pile of schitt airline formerly known by the stock symbol AAA is dust. My Airline Survived, and thrived. Enough to enable us to purchase you and your nothing careers. Nope. Yes, I should have know better in a city formally served by America West. He did not recognize the name change. I'll try it again next time I'm visiting relatives in Allentown or any town PA.. Which is never.
