Why did America West, a healthy growing company buy you're piece of Schitt US Airways? Good question. There is ZERO doubt that you were to be liquidated in a matter of Weeks. That has been testified to time and again. As far as the call sign goes, I guess I'd rather have that to deal with than 5 fatal accidents killing hundreds of people inside of 5 years. Which do you prefer? You will be slotted with APA, that's a foregone conclusion. I'm not sure where you're getting this delusion that being "grandfathered" into something means anything going forward. If you're senior to me on the Nic then you're correct. You're senior. I couldnt care less. Just know that AOL has mopped the floor with you Scabs in the Court room and your fake union is going to be forcibly stripped of all it's ability to discriminate against the West via Federal Judge. USCABA is going to be standing in the corner, neutered, impotent and ignored though out the entire process. Parker was clear about that from day 1. LOL!!!!
