Such the cowardly hypocrit. Weren't you just berrating Trader for doing nothing to improve the piloting career? Look at the destruction you've already caused to 5100 pilots and their families. Now, you're hoping upon hope that this merger fails. Take a look at the restrospective paysheet. Look at all the money on the far right collumn. Now, Imagine all of that going to Zero. You, once again, get nothing if this merger tanks. Is that how YOU work to improve the profession? praying for failures so you can keep posting pointless videos and hoping for DOH? You ain't getting it MFer. You're  getting the APA, A Fat Raise, and the Nic. Have a delightful afternoon Scab Hypocrit.
Quickly, Res needs another box of tissues!

So let us get this straight, Claxon is a pilot career inhibiter, he has caused destruction to 5100 pilots and their families? Minus -1 so far I strongly disagree, He "HOPING" the merger fails?  Retrospective paysheet? Imagine zero? Still LMFAO, how if the merger tanks , totally on CLAXONS shoulders does it take from the profession? No you voted the NIC away, you know it, 308,310, very clear, the APA may agree with USAPA and agree on a list LOS with conditions and restrictions, acceptable to both groups, or my belief the DOJ stops this merger, after consulting with CLAXON! and the 2 profitable carriers move forward!

It makes me wonder what "Capt" M&M's briefings are like.

Excuse me while I borrow your avatar pic.

To see the look on Flounder's face after the "Capt" speaks.
As usual, always dumb.

I'm thrilled for you that your self esteem and boundless narcicissm remain intact kid. That's almost an admirable achievement...considering.  If the time ever comes when "you'se" little "spartans"/"knights"/"dire wolves"/"wizards"/ad nauseum want even a tiny modicum of respect; perhaps "you'se" might, just possibly wish to retire the "spartan" BS, pweciously pwetending that your're heroic "soldiers" in Fantasyland's finest "army", and cease offering up such gems as the video below. "You'se" might also wish to reconsider the internet-tough-guy-BS of assigning supposedly "cowardly" traits to any people you're only willing to face in courtrooms. Let us all know the magic moment when/IF "you'se" ever grow up even a tiny bit, ferocious little "spartan" and mighty "knight", "Lords and Ladies"/etc:

Case in point for the suggestion to grow up, if even the tiniest bit. Note the signature line: "There is a good reason not to negotiate with terrorists or hostage takers. Instead, you pursue them, you demoralize them and then defeat them. Take note, USAPA."   So "you'se" mighty "spartans" are actually tragic victims of "terrorists or hostage takers"? Seriously? What's horrifically exploded out in PHX lately? How many of "you'se" are being held in any tiny cells, without knowing if even your very survival will be maintained? Well...OK; you could argue some slight degree of that via your PHX incarceration, I suppose. Words just fail me where "you'se" are concerned, save for the obviously ridiculous notion that you should perhaps someday, just-plain GROW UP!

I'd ask the members of the Cactus 18 who defeated false RICO charges if they felt they were held hostage. I'd ask the Cactus 3 who faced false ID theft theft charges felt they were held hostage.

I, like others donated to their legal fund so they could defend themselves from a faux union who took the hostages I mentioned above. I refuse to stoop to your level as an apologist for this organization.

Anybody who dares to disagree with the rouge union's activities gets attacked. I'll use East pilot, traderjake as an example. I've seen him called traitor.  What exactly makes him a traitor in the eyes of an Usapian such as you? Is it because not every East pilot blindly follows along with the activities of this faux union?

Having sat throught a second trial, seeing evidence presented once again reinforced the notion that a Usapian will always be sullied and a merger will not wash the stink away.

Usapa supporters like yourself may not fit the technical definition of a scab. It's only because there isn't a word yet which properly describes the skulduggery.

 I'll go with Usapian.

Now that F9 is out from under the thumb of Republic, can the pilots trigger a representation election to bring back FAPA and kick the Teamsters to the curb?

"When they buy the west ops from USAirways, it will be a Mcascall-Bond intergration. Then they will be able to card for a new representative. USAPA will not represent the west after the new seniority integration there.

USAPA would go for a DOH integration with the Frontier pilots, however due to integrity issues. The former west pilots would like to be slotted in below the Frontier pilots......

Good for you. Children often like to make up words. Care to expand on the "terrorist" BS a bit? For that matter; care to take an additional stab at the whole "spartan" and being supposed "soldiers" in some "army" fantasies? Good luck. 😉

Sure, I'll expand on it a bit. Seeing that there are various forms of terrorism which includes the workplace, I'd call the RICO suit against West pilots terrorism. Psychological terrorism.

"Who are these psychological terrorists?
1) Very often these psychological terrorists are people with poor self-image, incompetent, jealous, and those who have strong inner desire to control others, take pleasure in pricking on victims in the company of others and take the credit for other peoples work.
2) They never admit to being wrong, hold back information, blame others and never themselves, twist the truth, refuse reasonable requests and do not trust others.
3) Bullies, usually, are cowards with low moral and ethical standards.
4) They feel the need for collaborators to support them in their aggressive activities. They favor their collaborators and turn them their yes men.
5) When one person leaves the job because of their bullying, they tend to pick up another one of their collaborators as a target of their bullying." V. Paulose

I think that would describe an Usapian.

Does that answer your question? 😉

How to Cope with the Psychological Terrorism in Workplaces?

e

Terrorism has become the asset of the modern era. It has occupied every place. Bullying in workplaces has become common. How to cope with this problem and manage the situations?
Terrorism is the threatening word that has every nook and corner of the modern age. Psychological terrorism or bullying is a new avatar of modern terrorism. In the computer era, cyber-bullying by text messages and e-mail is becoming more and more frequent.
What is bullying?
Bullying is defined as ‘repeated acts of aggression that undermine the dignity of individuals at work’. These bullying acts can be direct or indirect, physical or verbal, psychological or otherwise.
Bullying in workplaces
Recent studies state that about 20% of working people experience bullying in their working places. It is not a gender issue and everyone is prone to be bullied. Internationally renowned researchers like Andrea Adams and David Graves state that women are bullied three times more than men, especially those in the higher professions. Their studies further reveal that 45% of all bullies are managers who bully employees, 42% are employees who bully managers and 13% are employees who bully each other.

Ways of bullying
1) A common form of bullying found in workplaces is the undermining of a victim’s professional reputation and competence.
2) Nasty remarks are made in a veiled manner, persistently or repeatedly, over a long period of time tormenting a particular victim.
3) Painful put downs are made in a number of ways such as muttering snide remarks.
4) In many cases these remarks are not made directly to the victims. However, the bullies make sure that their victims hear their remarks.
5) Sometimes it is in the form of banter supposed to relieve the boredom of the workplace. But when it is consistently aimed at one person it causes pain.
Results of bullying
1) Workplace bullying often causes serious decline in the physical and psychological health of the victims. It collapses their normal health.
2) the most common effects of bullying are stress, depression, withdrawal, social isolation, insomnia, guilt-feeling about being bullied, loss of job satisfaction, stomach and muscular pain, etc.
3) In most of the cases the victims experience difficulties in family life. It ends in failure in family life also.
4) It is estimated that 25% of these victims leave their jobs finding it difficult to cope with these psychological terrorist acts.
5) Bullying often destroys self-confidence and causes deep psychological pain, loss of job and throws the victims into utter failure.
6) It is very sad to note that 14 to 20% of all suicides are associated with bullying.
Who are these psychological terrorists?
1) Very often these psychological terrorists are people with poor self-image, incompetent, jealous, and those who have strong inner desire to control others, take pleasure in pricking on victims in the company of others and take the credit for other people’s work.
2) They never admit to being wrong, hold back information, blame others and never themselves, twist the truth, refuse reasonable requests and do not trust others.

4) They feel the need for collaborators to support them in their aggressive activities. They favor their collaborators and turn them their ‘yes men’.
5) When one person leaves the job because of their bullying, they tend to pick up another one of their collaborators as a target of their bullying.
How to cope with bullying in workplace?
1) In the challenging situations of bullying we have to cope with them and survive by remaining steady and not perturbed.
2) Have a detailed diary, recording all the details of the bullying instances. You should also add the names of those who were observing the bullying incident.
3) Describe what was said, who said it, etc. and also the consequences you had to suffer because of that incident. It would be good if you discuss about it with one of your trustworthy friends.
4) Do not cry in front of the bully and betray your weakness. Rather you can share it with your friends.
5) Before you confront your bully, you must try to regain your inner strength because the bullying may have made you lose belief in yourself and your body language also should be correct.
6) Trade unions can support you in this regard. Request the help of some reliable personnel

I have to admit, #6 above is pretty funny. Who are these reliable people?
