Hey.....check out this flower on my lapel.
nic4us said:Oh, poor little east scabs, Mr Nicolau gave you a fair and equitable award, but it just did not make up for all the problems you brought yourselves, so you formed a SCAB union to steal it from others.
The TA was never completed. You were told what could happen, but you were Nic or nothing. The TA was supposed to end up with us all on the same contract and a joint SL. Neither happened.snapthis said:Evading agreements and trying to screw over fellow pilots is a noble cause.
Where's that moral compass?
Hopelessly lost.
Well, well - another curtain parts.Reed Richards said:Yep.
I ask again, what is the reason given why the pilot in question is not scheduled to receive a full share?Oh, he is just trying to shake the union down for a dime, so someone went out hired a high-paid attorney to get said dime.
Maybe it would be easier to pay the pilot the dime and avoid another lawsuit....
Don't jump to conclusions. Identity theft or fake out occurs here right before your eyes. Not who you think.Piedmont1984 said:Well, well - another curtain parts.
What was that Einstein said about insanity?snapthis said:It looks like another class action lawsuit may be in the works. If this holds up the distribution, don't blame Leonidas since they are not a party. Blame the ONION.
I would not spend that bonus yet.
"My attorney will be asking a court of law to recover actual monetary damages (anything less than a "full share"), legal fees, court costs, expert witness testimony, and for punitive damages as well.
In addition, since 8 out of the 11 USAPA Board of Pilot Representatives are US Airways East pilots, my attorney will be able to prove the $40 Million Distribution Resolution intentionally singled out a group of US Airways West pilots for a reduced share. "

That someone should not have listened to the west (another victim) and gone east for a job, at least by February 8th. Furloughed pilots get a smaller share as do west pilots on disability.snapthis said:

"Fair and Equitable" Bob. It's a very simple concept...unless you're a scab.767one said:I think he uses the posts to explain it because hitting someone over the head with a 2X4 more than 7000 times could result in some serious medical issues not to mention legal issues. All the best,Bob
