The TA was never completed. You were told what could happen, but you were Nic or nothing. The TA was supposed to end up with us all on the same contract and a joint SL. Neither happened.

It looks like another class action lawsuit may be in the works. If this holds up the distribution, don't blame Leonidas since they are not a party. Blame the ONION.

That someone should not have listened to the west (another victim) and gone east for a job, at least by February 8th.  Furloughed pilots get a smaller share as do west pilots on disability.

Pilots on LTD from Jan 1, 2003 up to February 7, 2012, West pilots on LTD as of Jan 1, 2003 who were removed from the list due to contractual language and LTD pilots who have exceeded the 24 month limitation in the LTD plan will receive a payment of $. Pilots on furlough as of Feb 8th will receive a  payment if they return to employment by January 1, 2015."
