James, James, James. Have you forgotten so soon? They ACCEPTED the Nic in writing. In fact the company acknowledge that in court docs less than two weeks ago. It's your scab DOH list that is still sitting on the table. Ignored since 2008. The APA and AOL are going to coordinate amongst their respective INDEPENDENT groups and bury you scabs so deep on the seniority list you'll be begging for the good oil' days when you could have simply accepted the nic and an additional quarter million dollars. Now you'll get nothing but the Nic On steroids...and the bill for West's legal team to boot...on TOP of the millions awarded in legal fees.
Perfect time to be a USCABIAN. The West canceling DCO in droves, new egomaniac scab idiot McKee and his dyke minion TP and crew in charge, millions due to repay the West's legal fees, and a merger/SLI with a bunch of sharks 10x smarter, united, and better funded with a freely independent West class tirelessly aiding in your destruction every step of the way.
You're toast James. Don't do anything crazy like you did that night in Queen Anne. You're under a microscope as it is. You're being monitored very, VERY closely. Silver entered your insane letter into the record for a reason and I have it on very good authority that the US Marshall's office is doing the monitoring with the assistance of your dear US air. James, you let your narcissism and disappointment in this stupid job destroy your life. Couldn't happen to a more deserving POS like yourself helicopter scam boy.
I have an interesting read for you Res.
Google Mark C Doyal - Polygraph. This guy is on to something that might help you in your life.

Word of caution to those behind a recall. Take a close look at the numbers from the last election. Take a look at the possible distribution today. PHX would like nothing better than Bradford gone and Ferguson installed. Hummel would simply be collateral damage to them. PHX will support a recall in large numbers, as well as delivering overwhelming support for Ferguson. Now take a look at the numbers in the last domicile elections, both CLT and PHL, piss poor numbers, apathy rampant.

Wouldn't it be the irony of ironies if Eric Ferguson ends up being the last USAPA president, appointing its committees and driving its agenda during its last battle against Addington and APA.

Wasn't there a council update from CLT commenting on how bad it was for DCA to have PHX voting with them?

Great News!!!!!!    My fellow Brothers and Sisters we have passed the recall of both Gary Hummel and Steve Bradford. It will go out to a vote to the pilot group. This is it we can not fail at this. If you look back on the election Hummel received many votes from the West Pilots. Hummel will use this to stay in power. So now ask your self what can he offer the West, to vote to keep him in power? No he can't give them the NIC but the next best thing. A seat at the Table. APA and all my friends at American have shown that they would like to work together on the seniority and stay out of arbitration. If the west get a seat we are 100% assured that we will go to arbitration. How did that work for us the last time? If you are worried about the timing of the recall and have droughts because we are now merged just look at what APA did during the hight of their negotiations. The canned their President because he was weak and look what they got. A recall and an election will not hurt us it will make us stronger. Not to mention the message it will sent to Management. No more back room deals.

It is all up to us. Here is an opportunity to be the strongest we can be going into the most important negotiations of our careers.     VOTE to recall Hummel and Bradford.

Not sure. But I think there are more than enough BPR votes to trigger a recall. After that, east apathy, disillusionment, fatigue, call it anything you like - and I see a real danger of the scenario I described.

I think it's time to lower my seat and put my shoulder harness back on.

Are you gonna vote for Ferguson or just not vote?  Or are you calling on everyone to vote?

Personally I could care less about the recall, but no matter what if I ever have a chance to vote on anything I will ask Res J. who or what I should NOT vote for, and then I will do exactly the opposite. 😀

Hey, Res J.,  What say YOU?

RR,

If Cleary was in the same condition Hummel is in you would be calling for his ass. I got exactly the response from you I expected. You are a control freak. Guys like you make me sick. Karma is a ####!

My answer was true.  And even Cleary would not have sold out Bradford like CLT and PHL did today, cutting a deal with PHX to include him in the recall.  Enjoy your karma and revenge.  It will be short lived.  A lot of us have been carrying your water because it was the right loyal thing to do.  Don't be so sure that will continue.  On the eve of USAPA's biggest gains ever, with the POR and the West Class being told to pound sand, guys like you just threw Bradford under the bus.  But I digress in anger, you can actually rest easy, most are not the as...wipes like you. Too many good guys to abandon the cause now.  I know Steve as a friend and professional. He will fight for our cause until the day you show him the door.   RR

Here is the full quote jerk:   For a brief moment of madness, I wish the NIC would be imposed. You and guys like DiOrio deserve it, and you for sure don’t deserve Steve’s hard work.

I add you to the list, you don't deserve Steve's work.  RR
Don't need Bradford's  "work".  APA boys get 100,000 and Hummel leaves our money on the table and we wind up with 8000.

All I want is however many wide bodies we have on the property on Monday.

Next year the WB count will decrease significantly.  I believe there are only 3 more A330s coming, and they will arrive in 1Q 2014.  Then, no more widebodies until Airbus delivers the A350, sometime in 2068, I think.

Meantime, all the 767 are slated to be parked by the end of 2014.  Nice, huh?

Steve cares about Steve and his 188,000 salary that we pay, Gary cares only about Gary and his 210,000 that we pay.

I've never seen anything to indicate Bradford would be less than gracious in accepting whatever the pilots decide.  I think that was a cornerstone he launched from.  It probably won't be an emotional issue for him.

On top of that the 330's willl start to be phased out in two years and should all be gone about 5 yrs, Delta is looking at the fleet.  We become a narrow body airline APA will protect their widebodies (which they should we have no rights to them).
