Sorry I'm not a union groupie. CG means center of gravity to me.
Union groupie......good one!

I lost all faith in this union when the pilots starting putting prior check airmen into power positions. Hummel was the last straw for me. Hummel didn't get you anything in this deal. He cost you about a hundred grand. The AA guys put this MOU in your pocket. The AA guys think Doug is going to make them the highest paid in the industry with a JCBA. Good luck with that pipe dream. This MOU will be here when you retire. Reed Richards and his buddies along with the Compass boys own this MOU. Every fervent supporter of Hummel owns this bankruptcy MOU. Doug gave the AA guys 575 million for the pension plus a nice tax free 120 thousand each guy. Hey you are going to get $8700 and then pay your taxes. Good job all you Hummel guys.

For the record I have not attended a union meeting since Hummel took office. I pay my dues and that is it.

Careful American Pilots! Marc Peeper of Black Top Pest stardom has already Facebooked and morphed into his new existence as an American Pilot.
He and Cat3 Productions will soon roll out a new video since the Fat Chick sang. Give him his 777 manuals and seat, or else!

If past performance is any indicator of future earnings, then you have a high probability of being absolutely right. DP will use his patented "Aw shucks"TM formula to keep all the new AA pilots on a permanent bankruptcy contract.
At least this BK contract pays more than our last BK contract!
Cheers.

Hummel was fired as a check airman for objecting to fuel school, isn't that correct? Who brought us the injunction? What was the state of the union on the eve of Hummel taking office? Who is suing the union over trademark? How many committee members appointed by the previous president (not the BPR) abused FPL?

Other than getting rid of their arch enemy, what are some members of the BPR focused on? I'll tell you what, changing the bylaws so that THEY are in charge of turning out the lights at union HQ (dissolution). Arguing over P2P ties for better part of an hour while the attorneys sit around and get paid 300$ every 60 minutes of our dues money, making sure they can cast your vote whether you agree with them or not (roll call) and urging the pilots to start schlepping around with flight bags again just to show how tough we are.

I'm just saying that both sides deserve plenty of criticism. This union is on final approach to a full and final stop, at night and in IMC, but some insist we do an S turn so the PF can be replaced.

You guys are imploding, its the time to stick together because of the merger, if you dont that APA will eat you for lunch, since they are more than double than the US pilots.

Guys like this one, Traitior and Munn  are why we we have been the lowest paid with the worst contract, just makes you sick.

Just when I was looking forward to crew meals again, the APA comes to eat my lunch.

Guys like you and Claxon are why we are under an injunction. Yellow neckers who couldn't even keep a couple pilots from getting fired for not doing their homework. Just makes you puke.

If only we were as brave as luvthe9 we'd have DOH, Delta payrates, and a $100,000 signing bonus.

More misinformation. Gary Hummel was NOT a check airman. He was an F/O instructor, Certainly NOT a company kool-aid drinker. When they booted him out of the training department for voicing opposition to a stupid company policy, he then took his proper place on the seniority list, as a 767 line-holding Captain in PHL.

NO, I am not he, nor is he someone I consider any sort of "friend", but the smear campaign here is very childish. There is so much bad info out there it is ridiculous. This entire recall situation seems to me to be perpetrated by the same clowns that were defeated in election for the office presently occupied by Captain Hummel. They cannot stand not being in charge. What exactly is it that these folks are objecting to, the fact that someone the membership elected to represent them is actually doing so, or the fact that they cannot stand not being in charge?

The yellow neckers had their chance and they f$&ked it up. They stand around calling others cowards and wimps while they're nothing more than rabid dogs barking at the moon and sniffing each other (intentional canine metaphor).

Just makes you vomit.

Exactly right.

A motion to move the Merger resolution to the table was moved/seconded and passed 8-3

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that while the Board reminds the Merger Committee of the constitutional objective“To maintain uniform principles of seniority based on date of hire and the perpetuation thereof, with reasonable conditions and restrictions to preserve each pilot’s un-merged career expectations”, the Merger Committee is permitted to explore, analyze, negotiate, and propose other seniority integration methodologies if the Merger Committee determines that such action is in the best interest of the US Airways pilot group, with the understanding that any final product of negotiation is subject to review and approval of this Board, and
