MIA-CLE being reduced to 1 eagle flight per day as well

Seasonally, though. Will resume in November. A little surprising, none the less. Cleveland isn't a small market. A handful of new domestic routes should be loaded within two weeks, from all over, but we will see more contraction than expansion this summer domestically.

Not new service but interesting that the AM flight MIA-POS will be upgraded from 757 to 767-300.

O'Hare-Freeport, SaSu CR7 service will run April through Labour Day.

ORD-FPO looks to be about the same as DFW-BOI was (approx 1250 miles). That's 100 miles shorter than LAX-XNA (currently flown with a CR7) and 100 miles longer than XNA-LGA, (currently flown with an ERJ and far more painful).

What kind of drugs are the "big wigs" using when they put a CR7 on that route?

Considering how hugely successful O'Hare-Nassau has been, I think AA knows what they are doing and realizes people vacationing in the Caribbean don't really care that much.

Not sure if this was already mentioned or not but MIA-CLT goes to 4 daily RJs in April. Looks like FLL-LGA down to 1 nonstop per day this summer.

Just points out the need for a 85 to 100 seat plane (can anyone say EMB170/190?) operated at reasonable labor rates for the longer, thinner routes.

I agree. And with UA claiming that its First-class and E+ equipped 70 seaters (Explus service) is a moneymaker, perhaps AA can see fit to outfitting some E195s with a few F seats and a few more-legroom rows to compete with UA.

Of course, the reality is probably gonna be that UA is losing its ass this quarter and that E+ and F in its RJs is doomed. B)

Also at MIA, GGT goes down to 1x daily; Nassau gets an 11th flight on Saturdays; FPO gets 5x daily on Saturdays; EYW goes 6x daily on Saturdays; ORF gets 2x daily on SaSu; STI goes 2x daily during the summer.

FLL-NAS gets a fourth daily this summer as well.

Mark, have you heard anything about AA adding more JFK to Europe with 757s this summer, or was this just a rumor that was posted a while ago?
