..I work with alot of people from the west who work doubles almost everyday to try and make ends meet.

oh hey , we don't have to work doubles everyday anymore , didn't anyone tell you , the contact passed


that's an example of using arrogance to get a point across ... and it might hurt , but guess what ... where were you when we were crying about how little we were making , how we could barely survive when gas was at 4.00 ? you didn't care one iota about our "west" people or our suffering nor your class two people for that matter ... you don't know what it was like to be stuck in that TWU contract for years on end , with possibly no hope of ever getting out of it ... you talk about our survival in a glib manner , but for many of us , we were simply surviving ..... barely ... no joke .

mike you're right when it comes to contracts it's all about the scope about how it is written.

our current contract in addtion to being the overall p o s that it is contains so much gray area it is an open invite for the thief AH to try and run this attendance BS through

I've been building bonfires. You know, because it's cold outside. The word is out that AH with his "Character Flaw"
thanks Rogue Rat, will implement the Attendance Control Policy (ACP) anyway. In my opinion AH was blowing smoke up DoUgIes a$$ by saying he would meet with our AGC's. AH figured he would look good to the boss by having one meeting and then do what he wants anyway. Then he would tell DoUgIe that everything was warm and fuzzy because he knows DoUgIe is to stupid to know the truth.
I am glad that we have networked for the last three years. At least AH wont be able to blow smoke up our a$$ with his BS letters that he sends us. Its hard for him to know just how upset the Customer Service group is when our hardest work is going on in the background. When it's too late it will blow up in his face.
