As for unions it's who your work for and how they treat you. I am not unionized, but I have a great pension plan (state) I have a great 401K, my beni's are pretty good, I am treated good, have good vac and sick accrual(sp).

I am very pro union , I’m simply not pro our competitors …. I’d like to see everything unionized where all workers are treated fairly in every job in this country …. But even if that day did come about , business would still compete and people would still end up unemployed .. better them then us .

of its' way to avoid dealing with us at the ''local'' level. Canale

to reduce the Intl' full time workforce by 100....they need more

When I play a game yes I want to win. But that's for fun. What you're saying is the equivalant of a NASCAR driver hoping, even praying, that every other driver slams into the wall and dies. You're #### stupid.

Also, unionism isn't just about you. It's about everyone involved. When you have decent negotiators they get every other union contract they can. The WILL have every contract from the airline you're with, as well as EVERY contract for the same class at ALL the other airlines. What they got will benefit you. What you get will benefit them. We're all on the same team as unionised employees.
